This will be a very long detailed review, please read if you have the time. I had the misfortune of going to this dealership yesterday and there are many shady things that I will cover in this review. First off, we were greeted from the door by a salesman named Samir, we informed this gentleman that we were there to see a specific vehicle and he instantly grabbed the keys and stationed us outside as he pulled the vehicle in. We waited approximately 20 minutes before he had arrived with said vehicle. There were several red flags when it came to this vehicle such as cosmetic issues and maintenance. The biggest red flag was evidence that there were rodents running around the engine bay so of course I wouldn't be interested in this vehicle unless I had dealership warranty. They basically tried to hide the fact that they neglected said vehicle and refused to work on a warranty, not to mention that my family and I were basically abandoned outside in 82-degree weather for 2 hours and my father-in-law caught a sunburn. We finally had enough and said that we will not be taking said vehicle due to poor management. We can understand that a dealership is busy on a Saturday but bouncing us around between 4 associates is not acceptable. Then my wife was interested in another vehicle, and they tried to hide the fact that it was involved in an accident (we walked away with it because after hours of arguing we came down to an agreement, plus my wife was in love with it). They tried to add fees that made no sense, such as an inspection fee that was listed around $2000+ dollars and a service fee for $995 but they are so gracious for waving those fees (nowhere in NJ or PA do you pay any fees except taxes such as title, plate, registration etc.) So that was a bunch of xx for lack of terms, but that's not all, they also tried to pull a fast one and make us pay a tracking fee added to the monthly payment since "all" their vehicles have a flex tracker and its mandatory( I didn't ask for it and after arguing they tried to act like they did us a favor and that they don't usually do it since its store policy). Then finally we were moved into the "owners" office to proceed with negotiation terms, and he left to go flirt with his receptionist/associate. To calm down or I suppose write a wrong they gave my family 2 slices of pizza and quarter sized water bottles to make us feel better about buying a car. I forgot to mention the owner adds all these fees to get his money's worth since the bank won't pay what they want on the financed vehicle. The start of my visit was at 11am and ended at 7:30pm with warm words of being family and an empty gas tank with said bought vehicle. The best part of this visit was an actual caring associate named Jonathan so shout out to for thinking of the customer. Also, not veteran friendly stay away my fellow vets we work had for our money. Expect 4 more reviews just as negative from the family members that came with me. Better Business Bureau do your thing

Very dishonest experience. They offered $61,000 for my trade-in, then the next day dropped it to $55,000 when I came in ready to buy — $6,000 difference overnight with no real explanation. They also ran my credit and took my information before giving final numbers. Information about the vehicle (condition and history) was not clearly disclosed. Do not deal with them. I will be filing complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General, New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and posting reviews on Google, Yelp, and DealerRater.

Avoid this dealership at all cost pay attention to this review or suffer the consequences . This dealership is like no other said they did 150 point inspection meanwhile drove 2 miles down the road the change oil sensor came on. What conclusion would you draw then try to reach out to them. No answer no callbacks. These vehicles are all from auctions. They do no inspections. They will play games to get you the payment and then backload the fees it’s an absolute joke. They will have you upside down in no time on your loan stay away from this dealership unscrupulous they will lie to your face. They should not be in the car business.

I keep asking to see a vehicle in stock and I am told it’s not available it has mechanical issues but yet it’s still advertised . Plus it would be nice to know the full price when advertising so as a consumer I don’t waste time entertaining a vehicle that will cost $4-$5k more than what I see in cars.com I am a serious buyer in need of a used cargo van but it’s disappointing when you get your hopes up from an ad and then get completely deflated by the final price .

I live in town so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous reviews. Sorry to say the majority of them were true and not in a good way. Typical bait and switch if you don't finance through them. They advertise their cars on auto trader and give two prices, one to finance and one of you pay cash ( est taxes and fees included). I was told by the sales manager that there is a disclaimer and they don't have to honor the price. The vehicle I was looking at was $31,000 to finance and $33,360 for cash. The sticker on the vehicle was $46,000+and I was told that was the cash price through their website. The mgr told me the only way he could get close to those prices was if I financed. The vehicle has been on his lot since September of 2025 so you would think they would want to move it but that was not the case. I wouldn't recommend this shady dealer to my worst enemy.

After months following a terrible experience, I still get sales emails from this pathetic con of a dealership. Don't waste your time as I did. Vehicles listed on their website are generally not available and are only there to get you to drive out to the dealership for a bait and switch. I even went so far as to call, confirm, and make an appointment for a specific vehicle the second time. Shamelessly, they pulled the same xx and pushed other vehicles when I arrived. Hidden fees abound but that's just the icing on the cake. Stay away.

Bought a van 11 months ago. The price went up 3k at signing. Sales manager Luis added almost 5k of useless protections which he made sound like it was included in the price. I cancelled a few days after getting the car. He told me that he was going to take care of it and 10 months later and many calls to the dealership. I called DOC and was able to cancel the protections. It's been almost 2 months and they stay haven't sent the refund to the bank. And everytime I call them I'm not able to speak with no one cause they are always "busy", even the finance department.
