We have been bringing our car to Audi Las Vegas for quite a few years. It’s easy to make an appointment and I have never had to wait long to get my car checked in. I appreciate the way they correspond with me through text messages and also a video showing me exactly what’s good and what needs attention. Only high praise.

Prompt response to a web inquiry led to a good meeting with Lei and Mark, and ended up with me purchasing a Q5, when I originally was looking at a Q3. There was no pressure, plenty of vehicle options, and great effort in helping me stay within budget by giving me a fair trade-in value as well as a good price on the Q5. The dealership is nicely laid out, clean, and comfortable. Would 100% recommend this dealership.

I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.

Got my annual service last week, Rodolfo took great care of me. The dealership gets service and gets it right. Appointment was easy to make, loaner car was ready for me and completion time was ahead of schedule.
