I am very disappointed that I traded my son's Jeep at this dealer. It has been an unpleasant experience. I've now made my 3rd payment on the Jeep and they won't even give me my 2nd set of keys. I am being charged over $800 by the bank where they facilitated my previous lease/loan after they said to trade in my old Jeep and that they had everything covered, I am now stuck paying US Bank $887.68 which includes a late fee because they sent in their partial payment late. The sales person Chris Huerta is very unprofessional and does not return calls or emails. I will never return to this dealer and will tell all my friends to stay away as well. Stay away from this place. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their predatory practice.

Please call and ask for Lance Madry in sales to discuss this matter further. We are a bit confused since Chris Huerta has not worked here in over 6 years. We'd love to get to the bottom of this and turn things around for you.
