I only give 4 stars because nothing and no one is perfect... but I've never doubted Jimmy or this service team. When my extended warranty didn't cover one necessary part of a repair, they absorbed the cost and said they'd address it with the warranty company directly on our behalf. They always have their clients best interest at heart!
