I had such a great experience at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Emilio in sales was amazing to work with—he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When it came time to finalize everything, David Arocho in finance was just as wonderful. He explained all the details clearly, was professional and personable, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Together, Emilio and David made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process into a really positive experience. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for your next car!

Avi my sales associate was the best. He was very patient, he went over every item on my check list and went in detail on the jeep I bought. They were attentive and caring and gave me the best price
They were attentive and caring and gave me the best price out of every Jeep dealer in the Long Island and queens area. The manager and the finance person and Ray my salesman made sure I was happy and all my concerns were addressed and resolved. They stayed after hours to help me and were willing to go above and beyond the call of duty

Buyer Beware – Do Not Buy from Bayside Jeep! I purchased a brand-new Ram 1500 Big Horn from Bayside Jeep in August. The truck cost over $60k. The check engine light came on within the first hour of delivery on day 1. This continued and then entire dashboard went black. Since then, the truck has been back in service three times in less than thirty days. Each time I was told it was fixed and each time the same issues returned within hours of delivery. A brand new truck should not be in the shop more than it is on the road. The lack of customer service, urgency, and care from Bayside Jeep has made this experience a nightmare. I have been a loyal Jeep owner, but this dealership has shown zero appreciation or accountability. Save yourself the frustration. Do not buy from Bayside Jeep.
