In the beginning as with all sales people, Steven was nice. But the follow up calls were not followed up. It was a disappointing experience and will not deal with Bayside nor would I recommend Bayside to anyone!

For the last few months, I have had consistent transmission issues with my 2014 Cherokee. When I originally contacted the purchasing dealer, they refused to service my car in a timely manner. I immediately contacted Bayside Jeep which was my local dealer and was put in touch with Jay. Stopped by on a Saturday 2 hours before closing. My husband and I were interested in trading in our car at the moment for a new vehicle. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a salesmen here at Bayside Chrysler whom was Luis and he helped us through the whole process. We were here passed there closing time which was 6 and they had no problem. We worked out numbers and were satisfied so we made a deposit and came the following day and picked up our new vehicle. So far very happy with the purchase. Will be coming back soon to get another vehicle for my father in law. Thanks Luis! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It was a good experience. Our sales person Adeel was very pleasant. Also Reginald the business manager was very nice also. I would highly recommend this dealership, although parking can be a little tough.
