I've a long experience buying cars, but this last one was the best! The Sales Consultant, Mrs. Pantoja, perfectly understood our needs and she offered us a great option that made us quite happy. Also, the Manager and the Finance staff were very nice with us. Certainly I recommend buying from Lindsay, please ask for Mrs. Pantoja, she is the best!

Mr. Robert "Bob" Derby is super knowledgeable and was very patient with us picking out my wife's Jetta. Great from start to finish. GSM, Sales, play room, snacks, drinks, clean facility, great finance dept, good loan rates, and they have followed up several times to check on us. We love our new car! It had been 11 years since I'd purchased a new car. Based on my last car-buying experience, I had my guard up; I wanted the car without the pressure. I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved at how relaxed my experience at Lindsay VW was. Joshua was personable and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He worked to find the right vehicle for me and presented me with several choices. In the end, thanks to Joshua Jay, I drove home in my dream car, a Golf GTI 6-speed manual!

Having spent the better part of two days negotiating a price with Lindsay VW for a new car, I finally gave up today. Nine years ago, we bought our sixth Volkswagen at Lindsay. It was 2005 and the experience was great. Paul Schneider, a former salesman, was a true gentleman. We used Lindsay for service since 2005, however this dealership has taken a turn for the worse. While negotiating pricing via email with the salesman, the internet sales manager accidentally sent me a copy of a note meant for his salesman. The note was advising the salesman that "this guy is confused" and to " just smooth him over" and to close the deal with "no more negotiating". So while I realize this wasn't meant for my eyes, the sender offered a very weak apology. Additionally, my report of his behavior to the dealership management was ignored, as they never responded at all. Crickets. They clearly don't care about their customers. If you go to buy a car at Lindsay, be prepared to pay too much for a car and be told that all of the other dealers in the area are, to quote them, "liars". Seriously? We are now dealing with Stohlman VW and have been treated politely and been offered much better pricing. We have purchased VWs from them in the past, and should have stayed with them. I realize that all dealers have their issues, and that employees have bad days. An email from the dealership manager would have been nice. I don't think that is asking too much. If you enjoy being smoothed over, this may be the place for you.

I recently leased a Jetta from Eyad and I had a great experience. No frustrating negotiations as they asked me what I wanted to pay and that is exactly the deal they gave me. Eyad was extremely courteous and professional as was the rest of the staff I dealt with. Definitely an enjoyable no-stress leasing experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

I got a great price on my trade-in which was in almost rough shape and on top of that he sold me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I bought a 2015 Golf TDI S for under 20k and they even beat the interest rate quoted to my by USAA on financing. The overall experience was as enjoyable and stress free as my commute in my new TDI Golf. Highly, highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking and for my car purchases as long as I'm in Northern Virginia Eyad has first right of refusal on selling to me.
