I worked in auto sales for several years, and my professional opinion is 5 stars for this dealer. Fantastic customer experience!
Fantastic customer experience! Grant P. was incredibly helpful during the research and buying process. Grant provided me with a ton of different options in my price range, multiple financing strategies, and provided in-depth comparisons of different models and specs during my test drives. As a customer I felt supported and given access to all the resources I needed to make an informed purchase, and at the same time, never felt pressured to make a decision outside of my comfort zone. Update: I did end up going through with the purchase l as well. Grant and Shweta went above and beyond in sealing the deal and worked with me until we got the perfect financing terms down. I am a very happy customer and will be a repeat customer for sure.
