We went into the dealership on a Friday at the end of the

We went into the dealership on a Friday at the end of the month and man was it busy but that didn?t stop them from providing excellent service. We were greeted by 3 people before we even hit the doors and quickly found Sampson, who we had spoke with prior to our arrival. He was attentive to our needs, listened to our wants and was accommodating to our schedule commitment we had. We had a car we traded in and they treated us fairly on that exchange. Shweta was the finance manager who closed the deal for us and she was so wonderful to work with. She kept the process quick and painless while still answering any questions we had and pointed out the general points. She was very knowledgeable about the process, procedures and options. She truly empowered us to make the best decision and fought to get us the best interest rate she could. It was nice to feel like you had someone who put effort into her job and you weren?t just a number. She even gave us her number to be able to contact her directly if we ever had an issues or questions, even down to having to deal with a warranty thing in the future. Upon signing the papers and being handed over the keys, we were greeted by a lady who helps you with the technology features on your car to get your phone hooked up and teach you the tips and tricks. How cool is that? She also gave us a first aid kit and a road side emergency bag. One more note is that a random sales man, who we didn?t even exchange names with, saw that we had our 11 year old son with us and gave him a small toy Subaru (like a hot wheels) and a hat. He felt so honored! It was a small gesture that really made him feel like he was seen. Good job to the Auto Nation Subaru team, especially Sampson and Shweta. Keep up the good work!

On January 16th we called AutoNation Subaru and Cesar

On January 16th we called AutoNation Subaru and Cesar Gutierrez answered the phone. We asked him if they still had the two Outbacks that we had found online and were interested in. Cesar immediately found them and offered to have them ready for a test drive. When we arrived he had them both sitting right up front waiting for us. We drove them both and decided which one we liked. Cesar helped us put together a deal that we felt was good for us and the dealership. We went ahead and financed because of the great interest rate. The finance person, Cannon Patterson was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and super friendly! In the deal we asked to change out the batteries between the two cars (we had just purchased a high end battery for the car we traded in and wanted to keep it). We came back to the dealership the next day and Cesar introduced us to Austin Forde the service manager. We swapped the batteries quickly and we were on our way. We have purchased many cars over the years and would have to say that this was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership! In that, we thank you and hope whoever reads this will let all these folks that we have mentioned know how much they are appreciated on the job that they do. If anyone is wanting to purchase a Subaru, this is definitely the dealership that you should give a chance to earn your business!!! Thanks Steven and Michele

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new card the

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new card the whole experience is just awful. But our purchase with Subaru AutoNation completely changed my mind. Everyone was friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and genuine. I left believing a bought a great car from a great organization. I will highly recommend Subaru Auto Nation and Christian Stoley he was absolutely fantastic. Sayed in Finance was also fantastic. Everyone was fantastic. I felt genuinely valued by the AutoNation staff.

I needed an alignment and tires on a recently purchased

I needed an alignment and tires on a recently purchased vehicle. Everyone from the guys checking in my car to going over the need repairs and selecting tires to checking me out were very friendly and professional. I was even able to utilize their nice waiting area to complete items for my own work that has outlets, wifi, and snacks and beverages The repairs were taking longer than anticipated and I was provided a car to use to get me home and work the next day. Everyone made me feel like I was being listened to and I never felt that anyone was trying to pull one over on me.

I would like to share my negative experience of working

I would like to share my negative experience of working with the AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe dealership. When buying a Ram Promaster 3500. I came and chose a car, it had minor faults. I pointed this out to them, in response they said that everything was fine, that their service had checked everything, we had to go together and point out the shortcomings and the complete unsuitability of the tires, which is unsafe for use on the road, and also casts doubt on the competence of their specialists, as a result we agreed that the tires were completely unsuitable, they agreed to a small discount. As a result, we began to apply for financing, it took several days, because at first they offered a high percentage, about 15, we insisted on other options for financing through a bank, and not through a credit union, soon they offered a percentage of about 11, we replied that this suited us very well and subsequently we set a date and time to come and pick up the car, they took our SSN in order to prepare the papers and immediately pick up the car. When I went to pick up the car on the appointed day, I received a message that the car was no longer available for purchase. As a result, I lost a lot of time, credit points, and a contract for work, since I was only considering this car, since it was extended and they knew about it. This dealership apparently does not care about the attitude towards the client. They did not tell us anything about the deposit or any special conditions. I do not recommend this place for buying a car.
