Buying process was great, Service is questionable on a new car that has a brake fault at 30 miles. You would expect them to immediately correct it, I was told they would fix it right away but not the case and no call back from service manager on the issue. It’s your car now, make an appointment, screw up your day and we will get to it when we can. Will not go back after this.

I don’t think it’s often people have a “great experience”

I don’t think it’s often people have a “great experience” when buying a car. But I sure did. I worked with Sara and she was absolutely wonderful. She wasn’t pushy and she didn’t try to get me into something that didn’t fit what I was looking for. She was very friendly and caring. This is a great dealership and I’d recommend them any day.

I found that the price point for my new Subaru Forester

I found that the price point for my new Subaru Forester at this dealership was considerably better than what I could find elsewhere in the Denver-metro region. My salesperson, Andrew Renzetti, was very helpful. Initially there were some issues with the pricing of a trailer hitch I added on, but Dylan, the manager of Customer Service Dept, did a great job in resolving the problem.

After further discussions with the Customer Service department, the manager there, Dylan, was extremely helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I now feel like I was treated very fairly, and the price point at Autonation Subaru was well below what I could find elsewhere in the Denver Metro region. I would change my rating from 1-star to 5-star
