Very positive experience purchasing a new Outback through

Very positive experience purchasing a new Outback through the Costco auto program. Excellent communication with the dealership and a fair price. Our sales representative, Paul, went out of his way to work with us to quickly ready the car after we made a last-minute switch to a different car on the lot after we reconsidered the color. Very pleased with the responsiveness of the sales manager to questions I had following purchase, with Darnell in the parts department who helped me select some accessories, and with Ali, who arranged test drives of several models. Bottom line is that everyone we encountered during the car buying process was extremely friendly and helpful, and we very happy with the result.

Worst dealership i have ever dealt with.

Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. Given run around, given to business partners who was less help than the first idiot. They sold the car i wanted and did not even have the common curtesy to let me know they had sold it. Would not answer my calls. All around worst salespeople Shannon and Jon. Stay away!!!!

Our first experience and I must say Ali was amazing he went over and beyond for us. We walked in with the intention of just looking at cars and we came out with a car. Super happy with our purchase. Thank you Ali and Subaru

Service was fine but the price for servicing was crazy.

Service was fine but the price for servicing was crazy. $1000 for 30k mile servicing. Thinking I will use an independent shop from now on.

Waleed was amazing!

Waleed was amazing! My Mom was in the hospital in Oklahoma and I needed to get my Subaru on the road ASAP. He absolutely took amazing care of me, keeping me updated and getting my Forester back in the road! Thanks Waleed for making a very stressful situation a little easier. I really appreciate what you did for me.

We bought a used Forester.

We bought a used Forester. I was told they would clean it up before we left. They not only didn't do that but they damaged it in the process. Broke a rear reflector light, didn't fill the chip in the windshield and one of the seats was damaged. Very disappointed. Mo, the sales manager texted us several times before we got there. Then would not reply when we noticed the issues.

We bought a used Subaru.

We bought a used Subaru. Test drive went fine. They said they would clean it up while we did the paperwork. Not only did they not clean it, they damaged it. Broke a rear reflector light, didn't fill the chip in windshield and damaged a back seat. Mo, the sales manager who texted us often before we bought, went silent. Had to take a day off work to come back for repairs.
