Pleasant experience
As expected, my visit this week to Lucas Honda was great. I scheduled an oil change and a check about a recall notice. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn. My service was completed in a little over an hour and my car was also washed and vacumned by the service dept. This is my 2nd car purchased from Lucas Honda. I highly recommend them.

Honda Civic Service
Have purchased multiple Hondas from Lucas, and have had all our family Hondas serviced exclusively at Lucas for nearly 3 decades. A truly outstanding service facility in all respects. Personnel are personable, honest, and highly professional technical experts. We would go no where else for our Honda service or for our next purchase. In particular, the Service Manager (John Keane), and our Service Writer for over 20 years (Steve Cardoza) are the best there is; and they have been there for years. In our experience, Lucas Honda Service Department stands uniquely above others in every aspect.

Oil change and tire rotation
Doesnt matter what service you come for, you will always be satisfied with the service and employees of this facility. This is our second car we have purchased from this dealership and we will never go to another for service or purchases. The entire team from reception to leaving the doors they are all professionals.

Rim repair
So tell me if spray paint is the right way to fix a machine finished rim... well if Lucas Honda of Jacksonville messes up your rim they think so and when you take it into question with them they raise their voice. These people messed up my rim by chipping it but did a crappy job of fixing it. Don’t worry a final complaint has been put in with Honda headquarters on this dealership. I’m livid!

Incredible service department!
The service team has always been honest, professional and friendly. My car always leaves in a much condition than I arrived. No pressure...just gives the facts/recommendations and I make decisions from there. I’m so glad a friend recommended this place.
