I bought the Platinum Care package when I bought the van. I call ahead, all is taken care of. This time I was given a loaner to drive. I'd recommend, if Honda really believes in their products, have a 10 year Platinum Plan...

Sheldon Cozart was our sales rep.. He was very honest, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond his job description. I was having trouble setting up my garage remote to the car. He stayed on the phone walking me through it. And... when I still couldn’t get it to work he came all the way out to my house to set it up for me. He is very personable and he has his cell number on his business card. So he is very easy to reach, which I think is great. I know I can count on Sheldon to help me have complete satisfaction with my new car purchase.

As usual, the visit was a very pleasant experience, the staff was outstanding, and the workmanship superior.

Oil change and Tire rotation with prior Appointment.

Service personnel were great, Wait time was less than I expected. Waiting room were clean and comfortable. Overall experience were excellent. I would certainly go back for future service.
