2016 Honda CR-V

People always friendly. I got there early and they took my car early. Waiting room clean and neat and area well stocked with beverages and popcorn.

Oil change

Steve was very helpful. The service was very fast and I didnt wait for along time! I like getting my oil change in Lucas Honda, I trust them and so convenient. I gave 4 stars for overall rating , because the price of the Oil change are pretty high compare to Honda in Atlantic.

Car never acts up at the dealership

Went for an unscheduled visit due to intermittent problem with starting. My new car (15,000 miles) had issues starting over the weekend so went at 8:15 Monday morning and left car for assessment and repair. Fortunately the issue was minor and was able to retrieve by end of day. Bad cell in the battery. Glad it was a quick fix.

Great Experience - Great Deal

Weve purchased two new Hondas from Lucas over the past 16 years, and each purchase has been an enjoyable experience. In both instances the staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and along with a great product (and price), their approach to sales and service made our decision easy. When we purchased our 2019 Honda CRV, several sales staff remembered us from our first Honda purchase back in 2003. If were still in the area when were in the market for our next car, we will likely return to Lucas.

The complete service experience

The focus on customer satisfaction, quality and a positive service experience is evident in everyone in the service department. Ease of scheduling, comfortable waiting facilities, a complete assessment of service needed, the convenience of a "loaner", providing the lowest cost possible and communication that just feels personal are the elements that bring me back the next time.

Awesome as usual!

Lucas service department is the best! They have always been up front with me, explaining any problems and what was required to fix it. I've never had a bad experience and am always satisfied with the service they perform. They're one of the main reasons I'll keep buying Honda!
