Excellent Repair on Airbag Inflator

I called for an appointment for a repair on my 2006 Honda Civic's airbag inflator due to the recommendation from the mail because of the faulty airbag inflator on earlier models. When inquiring about the repair time, they gave me a precise estimate of an hour and a half due to the other appointments made for repair and maintenance. On the day of the repair, I was greeted with a friendly smile, using my name because they helped service my vehicle for the past 12 years. Their facilities were clean and sanitary and even has a place where I can sit down and charge my devices as the inflator repair took place. They even went above and beyond by inspecting my vehicle and telling me what needed to be done in the future. I took these words to mind and made note that these repairs and replacements needed to take place. Because of the mail recommendation for the airbag inflator, the repair didn't cost a thing and I was on my merry way. I would definitely recommend this dealership when going for maintenance on your Honda vehicle or purchasing a vehicle because my family was given a very good deal on my Civic when I first bought it and they treat everyone like family when customers come in.

From A Loyal Customer

There is a real why I drive all the way from the Beach to have my car serviced at Steve Lucas Honda. It's the quality customer service I receive every time I have my car repaired! I feel like they are being honest and not doing service that is not necessary. It so nice to be able to see the same smiling faces greeting you the minute you walk into the Service Department. We were met with grace and excellent customer service and salesmanship. It was so good we purchased two vehicles. The General Manager, Sames Agent Steve and Finance Director Darris are professionals.

Internet/TruCar Buying Experience

Steve Roberson, the TruCar/internet Director, was great. Most of the dialog was email, texting & phone calls, bypassing the traditional new car dealer buying experience. Negotiated the out the door price over the internet. Went to dealer & signed the paperwork, got some training on the new Hi-tech stuff & drove home. No attempt to add a bunch of stuff to the contract......no surprises!
