Clarity purchase

Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase. The staff went out of their way to deliver the car in very short order. The only thing I would recommend is to provide a full charge for the car. I was waiting, so there was a full tank of gas and a clean car and the charge would have taken too long to provide. That was not a show stopper, though. I have been able to drive to and from work for over a week without using any gas. Love that. Hate the volitility of gas prices.

Brake repair

Wonderful experience! Scott went out of his way to accommodate us on very short notice. The brakes were replaced and we could not be happier with the quality of work, timeliness, and professionalism. Steve Lucas Honda has been our source for maintenance for the past 12 years...and it is the employees that keep us returning. Cliff Douglas

Lucas Honda Customer Service Rocks!

What an outstanding service department! I'm from out of town and when I needed a new tire asap, the service team made it happen quickly. Even though I'm not a customer there, they made me feel like a valued customer. Many thanks to Scott Adams and a special thanks to John Keene who was very professional and empathetic.

112017 service

This dealership was excellent as usual. I have been bringing my car here since I bought it. The car is now 12 years old with 205,000 miles and running strong.

Lucid Honda Service Experience

They have always provided a loaner when needed, because of longer services. I was able to get my “honey do” list complete. This is why I purchased and get my car serviced 86 miles from home.

A great experience.

From start to finish, everyone at the dealership was professional and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I never felt pressured at any time. All of our questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. After we finished, the salesman spent the time to acquaint us with all of the feature of the vehicle as well as helping us set up many of the programmable ones. A great experience.
