THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO YOUR DEALERSHIP TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED. VERY CONFUSING AND NOT WELCOMING. I HAD TO ASK OTHER CUSTOMERS IF I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE. EMPLOYEES ARE AT LOOKING DOWN AND IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO BE AGGRESSIVE AND BULLY YOUR WAY TO THE FRONT OF ANY LINES. Under the covered driveway to drop off your car there is no order; cars parked everywhere, not in line/s. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE OUT THERE HELPING PEOPLE AND GREETING THEM. I came into this dealership to purchase a car 3 days in a rows. I was repeatedly ignored. No one spoke to me; not even one "Can I help you ?". I purchased my Honda from another dealership and decided to give your service dept a try. Will come back once more to see if you ahve your act together.

Friendly, on time completion & they had free popcorn. Great Service Visit. Service advisor kept me inform on progress, The dealership provided me with a courtesy car to drive.

The Service Representative, Scott, was great. When I arrived for the appointment, he confirmed what was the work to be performed. He called me when the repair was completed. When I arrived to pay the bill and pick up the car, all was done quickly. I am satisfied.

Staff was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated well. Wait time was reasonable. Was given appointment right away when I called to report trouble light.
