My husband and I’s experience with Mike was great!

My husband and I’s experience with Mike was great! From initial correspondence till driving off the lot, Mike was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Every time I called, Mike picked up. Every email I sent, Mike answered. He made sure we always had his complete attention. He kept us informed of the process. He didn’t push anything on us. We drove over an hour to get a car and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

I have tried to be patient with this business but this

I have tried to be patient with this business but this has quite literally dragged on for two weeks now. It’s a simple process that most dealerships can accomplish within an hour or two. I have bought several vehicles at this point in my life and never have I been so ignored or treated like the dealership could not care less at all. All I’ve gotten from you is excuses. My ex husband sold cars for Cadillac! So I am very, very well aware of the process and there is absolutely no good reason or excuse in the world for it to take this long. The only possible reason is because you just don’t care and my business is very clearly not important to you at all! This entire experience has been the worst, I literally can’t even believe how lackadaisical you are as a sales person when this is apparently your business, that you own. You’d really think you would care more about how you treat customers and the reputation that you are creating and the face that you clearly don’t care at all about how outrageously long it has taken for every pathetic little step of the way of moving forward to actually purchase one of your vehicles. I’ve never tried so hard to buy a car and felt and been treated like the dealership couldn’t care less or even be bothered to return phone calls. Do you know how many times I called after putting in the credit app? Quite literally dozens of times. Not even an exaggeration. And how many voicemails I left? Too many to count. And it took FIVE DAYS FOR YOU TO BOTHER RETURNING THAT PHONE CALL! And now it’s the same thing all over again with this next simple and small step in the process. I sent out the paperwork you requested the next day. You say you didn’t receive it but you received every other email I sent so again it’s just excuses and I don’t buy it. That paperwork was emailed to you on Thursday by Monday evening still nothing. It’s amazing you have a business at all! If it wasn’t so infuriating it would be comical with how ridiculous it is! But one could wonder why you even bother to ask me to put a credit application in if you apparently don’t have the time to actually deal with selling a car? So that my credit takes a hit when I am trying to purchase a car? But what do you care? There were other cars I could have pursued but I wasted my time on you and your dealership. And I regret that very much. This is the exact truth of my experience so you can say whatever you want but this is what happened and you most assuredly deserve this review. If you don’t want negative reviews that are completely accurate then do better with your business practices. I am flabbergasted at how horrid your customer service and practices are at ‘King’s Point Auto’. You should be ashamed.

Joelle, You never sent the paperwork requested. Your email you believe had the documents had no attachment. It took a week for you to send the actual documents. They had a different last name and was red flagged for fraud. When confronted, you did you were rude and disrespectful, cursing, and using language that’s completely unacceptable. As we’ve already established, please take your business (and attitude) elsewhere.

My experience with Mike was great very informative. Took his time to explain everything about the vehicle. Everything about the loan. Try to get me the best loan deal which he did. I have no complaints. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this location.

Kings Point Auto has been the only place I go to whenever

Kings Point Auto has been the only place I go to whenever it comes to buying my cars. I like to go in and know the honest price without games and gimmicks. Every single car in their inventory is hand picked and special. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

If I can give them 0stars I would , this dealer is the worst I ever dealt with, they are scammers and don’t care about paying customers. I inquired about a vehicle they had for sale , filled out the online credit application, never heard from them and tried contacting them for dayssss and no one answered the phone. When I finally got through, the salesman tells me it’s not like them to not answer and they had a busy weekend , after they ran my credit days prior to that. I would not buy from here or support them with a single dollar and I would never recommend this dealer for any purchase. Keep in mind I was going to give them my business although they have nothing but horrible reviews from past customers, do NOT buy from here !

We also have nearly 100% positive feedback & customer reviews, not sure where your claim of "nothing but horrible reviews" comes from. General Manager and Owner, Mike Goltche, misrepresented

General Manager and Owner, Mike Goltche, misrepresented the car grossly. We went through a facetime walk-through and he omitted all the issues with the car....bumper/paint issues, missing/broken ash tray, bubbling rear window tinting, painted over scratches with overspray, oil leaks, etc. He described the car as "Pristine" and "Immaculate". When I asked about those things he acted surprised and offended that I would even bring them up. He offered to fix anything I told him about and then proceeded to never respond to my calls, texts or emails. Stay away from this dealership if you are shopping remotely. And don't believe anything Mike Goltche has to say. Not an honest fellow.

Stephen, Thanks for taking the time to leave this valuable feedback. We encourage all customer feedback good or bad to help better our process and to offer new and existing customers full transparency in working with us. You were given a complete walk around of the vehicle as well as photos from literally every angle possible, before you elected to move forward. We offered the same prior to delivery and loading the car onto the truck as it exited our property. You seemed thrilled with the vehicle until your dishonest mechanic gave you a list of "repair items" that mechanically speaking, made no sense & are just not possible. My favorite was where he claimed that your valve cover gasket was leaking from the oil pan. The valve cover is at the top of the engine. The oil pan is literally the bottom most part of the engine. I'm not a mechanic myself & wasn't the best in science class, but I'm pretty sure oil leaks don't work that way. Perhaps in Colorado, oil leaks up? I know things work differently at high altitudes ... LOL! That claim was particularly amusing, among the others which made no sense. My bigger mistake was offering to help because even as I did, your mechanics "NEW LIST" continued to grow and make even less sense. I have MANY happy customers nationwide and have sold cars at a distance for decades. I'm not here to deceive or hurt anyone, and offer the most accurate vehicle descriptions and photos/walk around videos for customers at a distance that you can find anywhere. I have nearly 20 years of real customer reviews all over the internet which attest to the quality of the vehicles I sell as well as the condition of the vehicles purchased both mechanically & cosmetically. Your continued attempts to extort me are sad and say more about you than they do about me. I went as far as offering to buy your car back to avoid any further bad taste in your mouth, to which you also declined. I wonder why? I run an honest and straight forward business and unfortunately for you, have no problem telling a dishonest customer who thinks they can use my online reputation to take advantage of me, to take gas. Please do that, Stephen. Thanks again for your business!
