Purchased vehicle with them. Was not happy with communications. Seems like all they want is to push you through not explain the financing. Plus supposed to get 500 usd fuel card. Never received. Also 11000 in ford points never received.

I always schedule my appointment with a specific service writer, Ms Manfredi. She is very knowledgable and always gives us the best possible outcome for our needs. She's a real asset for Gary Yeoman and I hope they appreciate her as much as we do.

Amazing sevice !!! I bought a used Escape from them that had a bad motor mount and cupped tires. They ordered the parts got me back in and did the repairs in 1 day...runs great! And new tires and breaks at no extra charge!!! Great people great salesman Mike Hanna keep me posted thru the process. And Ben Burrows the service manager was Amazing as well and of course all the shuttle drivers too great Dealership with fantastic employees to boot and a great restaurant too in the waiting room lounge!!! Go to them for the best service...5+ Stars too all!!!
