2023 Maverick would not turn over, totally dead.

2023 Maverick would not turn over, totally dead. Spoke to Angela in service who said mobile unit would call on me within a couple of hrs. Chris from mobile unit showed right on time, changed the battery which was under warranty and all was well. Both Angela and Chris could not have been more helpful and informative. A+ service experience.

The Autobody Shop did an amazing job repairing my SUV

The Autobody Shop did an amazing job repairing my SUV from where someone hit my SUV in a parking lot while I was in the store. The staff was friendly and answered any questions that I had.

I worked with Oscar and Dorian to purchase a used vehicle from their dealership. They were very attentive and responsive, forming a clear line of communication. There were other individuals involved who were very helpful as well, I am unable to remember all their names. The purchasing process went as smooth and quick as possible.

I thought it was a transmission, but it turns out it was

I thought it was a transmission, but it turns out it was a cracked spark plug. It took two days, but I understand the reasoning why it took two days and I do appreciate that the car is running really good now.

Took my 2020 Escape in for a new battery and service -

Took my 2020 Escape in for a new battery and service - also recommended to replace original tires and get an alignment which I did. Service was great - prices were also very reasonable.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership! As someone who worked in a top-rated boat dealership for more than 10 years, I know quality when I see it. From the salesmen, La-Shawn and J.P., to Wally in the finance department, every "T" was crossed and every "I" dotted. I am now in a beautiful, quality car and I am confident of their service after the sale! Definitely my choice of dealership for any future purchases. Highly recommended!
