By far the worst experience I?
By far the worst experience I?ve had with a car dealership. Purchased a vehicle here in November. The FIRST time I turned the car on after taking it home ?powertrain malfunction? code appeared, so straight back to the dealership it went for service. They had it in for over a week, so I did not get to utilize the 3 day ?love it or leave it? exchange policy because I didn?t even get to drive the car I just bought. Long story short, 3 issues with the car in under 2 months of owning it. I tried to trade it back in to them for a different vehicle and the value they gave me was unacceptable knowing it was in the same condition that I purchased it from them in. I feel as if they knew they sold me a bad car, and were not willing to work with me at all. The salesmen do not care about you, they?re just there to do their jobs and take your money. I?d also like to add that they added on a $200 dent repair contract that I did NOT sign anything for, and later found it listed on my itemized bill for the car purchase. Still have not heard anything back after reaching out about it. I?ve since traded in the car to a different dealership that gave me a BETTER offer, I?ll never be back here or recommend it to anyone.

2023 Maverick would not turn over, totally dead.
2023 Maverick would not turn over, totally dead. Spoke to Angela in service who said mobile unit would call on me within a couple of hrs. Chris from mobile unit showed right on time, changed the battery which was under warranty and all was well. Both Angela and Chris could not have been more helpful and informative. A+ service experience.
