Best car dealership!

Best car dealership! Professional and honest. Ask for Tommy in the service department. He is the manager. I have bought 5 cars or trucks from them and get them all serviced at the dealership.

This is a great dealership.

This is a great dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice and knowledgeable salesman Jeramiah and the buying and financing were so easy. They made buying my Bronco so easy. Love this dealership. Stop buy you won't be disappointed

The Service Staff was very professional and courteous.

The Service Staff was very professional and courteous. The Shuttle Service was prompt and accommodating. My Raptor was returned clean and in less time than quoted. The whole Team worked together to minimize and not take up a lot of my time and this is greatly appreciated.

Up until today, 12/26/2025, I was going to move on and

Up until today, 12/26/2025, I was going to move on and leave this experience in the rearview mirror....UNTIL I received the email you'll see in my attached images - which, in good faith, I responded to and it bounced back (mailer daemon) and I learned more about THAT email. In short, on 12/19/2025, late morning/early afternoon - I was told, by Andy (salesman) that my purchase of a 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock was complete - the Jeep was mine and the paperwork is will be processed (Per dealerrater, I cannot attach photos.). This was an ONLINE PURCHASE, as I live out of state and the Jeep was going to be transported to me. On 12/20/25 - the very next morning, they breached my contract and sold that JK to someone else. To recap, on 12/19/2025, in the AM, they ran my credit and secured an approval, but failed to complete my purchase (Despite the fact the salesman stated, IN WRITING, my deal was done.), failed to NOTE their system the Jeep was sold so it would NOT be sold to anyone else, failed to move the Jeep to a SOLD area off of the sales lot and failed to do anything beyond the attached images you'll see attached to this review. Their email addresses bounce, so management cannot be reached UNLESS any of the staff provide a valid/legitimate email to reach them. NOTE their email "appears" to be sincere, but it's a LEAD GENERATION email - as read in the signature and THAT is what led me to post my reviews: I'm unable to share the email addresses/contact info per dealerrater guidelines. I learned that Terry Taylor, president of Automotive Management Services, Inc - owns Yeomans and, whether he cares or not, I'm hoping he sees this review and WILL ensure NOBODY else goes through this, infuriating, experience. There's more to this debacle, but I'll leave it here. I'm STILL angry about this "transaction", but "stuff" happens. Ultimately, I just wanted more accountability than what I was provided. ***BUYER BEWARE*** 👉 You be the judge of this operation. 👈 No option for file uploads to attach to this rating, but I have them. In closing, I see dealerships respond to ratings, like mine, and it's always a neutral response that, ultimately, invites the complainant to contact them. In most cases, certainly mine, we already did contact the dealership to resolve the issue and, ONLY, post a rating, like this, when it remains unresolved. Seems more proper, IF their concern is legit, for them to contact the complainant. Nuff said -

Experience was great and provided service to what I expected. My service advisor explained what was completed on my truck and was going to follow up with Ford on what could be repaired under warranty.
