JP and John, the salesmen were helpful and attentive. Walking me through every step of the purchase process, ensuring I had no doubt in the vehicle or questions before I left. Tristan the sales manger was friendly and kind, not the stereotypical ?pushy? manager. All in all, good experience

Ben is always helpful, he is certainly an asset! The service department has improved tremendously. They seemed a lot more organized. I was a little disappointed that my Ford protect wouldn?t help me out with this expenditure..

Bryan Mandeville did an excellent job as my salesman. We negotiated the deal over text. He gave me a fair trade in price and great vehicle price. When I arrived, Bryan had all of my paperwork ready, and already had my new vehicle in the service area for washing and detailing. They took my trade in back for evaluation and came back within 15 minutes saying everything was good to go. Once my initial paperwork was complete, Bryan took me to the finance area. After a short wait, Mike Gurley brought me to his office to complete the paperwork for the sale. When that was completed, Bryan took me to my new vehicle and even helped me connect my phone to the Ford app as well as Android Auto. During the negotiation process, I told Bryan I had bad experiences with dealers in the past. He told me he wanted this to be the best experience I've ever had. It was. Hands down. I walked in the dealership at 9:30am and walked out at 11:30am. Never heard of such a smooth and quick experience, but I'm grateful. Highly recommend.
