Be careful about trusting staff verbally.
Be careful about trusting staff verbally. Get everything in writing. They offered me a price and a lifetime guarantee, and after two hours of guidance to close the deal, everything changed. They raised the advertised price and didn't honor the lifetime guarantee. Then they offered me another two-year guarantee, which they also tried to charge me for at the sales agreement. Be very careful; they aren't honest about what they offer.
