Our 3 day repair ballooned into over 2 weeks when our

Our 3 day repair ballooned into over 2 weeks when our technician apparently got fired or quit in the middle of the repair and no one could figure out what was going on with our car. When he was there, it was already difficult enough to get any information on what was going on with our vehicle. We would call and be told over and over again that someone would give us a call back, but they never did. We finally found out from someone new that he had left and were told that we would be ?given a status update? a full week after he had told us the car was in paint and would be ready the next morning. When we called the insurance to inform them the shop was dragging things out intentionally, they suddenly figured out how to make phone calls and we got our car back that day (after they had claimed we wouldn?t be getting a status update until 4 days later). The entire process was so incredibly frustrating, the shop refused to communicate any status updates to us without us demanding them, and wouldn?t get in contact in a timely manner with the insurance company. We were not at fault yet we were forced to be the go-between between the repair shop and the at-fault insurance company. I definitely would NEVER consider coming back here again for a repair or any work. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else.

I usually hate buying cars from dealerships and avoid it

I usually hate buying cars from dealerships and avoid it at all costs?this week of shopping from dealer to dealer reminded me exactly why? right up until I met Antwane at Yeomans. I was literally getting into my car to leave when he stepped in and helped me untangle what had been a week-long disaster. (One dealership even sold me a truck?then sold it to someone else the day I showed up to pick it up?and tried to push me into a different one I didn?t want. On top of that: poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a total lack of respect for my time.) From the moment Antwane got involved, everything turned around. The rest of the team?from the sales managers to the finance department and the post-sale experience manager?made the process seamless and genuinely pleasant. Big shout-out to Antwane and Allison for their thoroughness, professionalism, and great attitudes. I?ll be back.
