Transmission issue after 2 days of buying truck. $1400 to fix. A week later it gets warmer out and I try to use the AC. Not getting cold. Took it to another dealer to investigate. No Freon in the system. Air compressor has a leak. $1600 fix. $3000 additional investment immediately after purchasing a 100+ point inspected vehicle. Is it shady or incompetence? Not sure but it's not me to pay for it.

Incredible staff! Very polite and respectful. Becca got to know us on a personal level asking about our son and our guinea pigs. She even got personal and showed us pictures of her cat and talked to us about how she got into selling cars. We loved how open and honest they were during the whole process. The first car I was interested in sold the night before I went to test drive it. Becca never pushed us for other vehicles or more expensive vehicles. She tried to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be going back to Becca for future vehicle purchases! She was very flexible working around our work schedules to get us in to test drive and even offered us snacks and drinks on the test drive.

I had a great experience with Stykemain GMC. I purchased a 2022 Silverado and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Becca she was a great salesperson very professional with a good personality and Knowledge.

Thanks for responding,Bought a F-150 2017 from your dealership,Without crawling underneath the vechicle,Everything looked ok,Took for a short test drive,When negotiate a price on truck,I offered a price 1500.00 under what your price was,knowing that it needed new tires,,when I financed I saw price was original price,Long story short,I bought the truck and drove it home,I called my tire guy and took it up to him in Oregon,The front end was smoking and he showed me why,The calibers locked up and the front brakes and brake lines were shot,They had to order the line from the Ford dealership and I was without my truck for a couple days,Truck needed calibers,Rotors and pads,brake line,plus tires which I knew already,2300.00 total cost,I take it that you don’t inspect your vehicles before the go on your lot,Was not happy spending that much and then paying another 2300.00
