JULY 2019BROUGHT A F150 AT BAYWAY,PEARLAND PREOWNED AND WAS NEVER ADVISED IT WAS A DANGEROUS UNSAFE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T INFORM ME OF ANY PROBLEMS... UNTIL I GOT HOME, ,I CALLED ABOUT INSPECTION STICKER, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN INSPECT THE TRUCK AT BAYWAY ,PEARLAND SERVICES,ADVISED ME TO GET ONE ON MY OWN.WENT BACK TO BAYWAY SERVICE DEPT, FOR INSPECTION STICKER AND WAS ADVISED BY PAUL,ERIC THAT THEY WOULD NOT INSPECT THE TRUCK BECAUSE IT FAILED INSPECTION AND NEEDED SERIOUS FRONT END REPAIR, THEY SENT ME BACK TO PREOWNED FOR TRADE IN, BUT KYLE THE SUPERVISOR BAYWAY CHEVROLET PREOWNED DEALERSHIP MANAGER AGAIN ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE BAYWAY PEARLAND WITH NO INSPECTION. YET THEY SOLD IT TO ME. NO ONE AT BAYWAY,PEARLAND PREOWNED, SERVICES OR OWNER, IS THIS FAIR PRACTICE FOR A 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS. TRUCK.

Today is my 4 year anniversary of starting a career of bringing my car for formerly Strickland, now Bayway Chevrolet in Pearland Texas. Also is FLAG DAY... and 48 years ago, I was shipped to Long Binh Vietnam this day also. I have been with State Farm since 1981, and as long I am getting good service, I will stay, otherwise I am out of there. My car would not start so I called State Farm Road Service to get a jump and it took. He came up in a small 4 door sedan with ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. I was expecting a tow truck. I got a jump and it took, so I called Eric Sullivan to let him know about me coming over there. I made it and thought it was the battery, which I was right. Also the damage to the battery cables from the acid was suggested that they be replaced. So I agreed to that. Bayway has HONEST people in the service department. But before this battery went out, I bought one over 3 plus years ago and had one replacement. Then I called Eric today and I informed him that before this happened, my air conditioner would blow cold air, then it would get warmer then come back up again. Well today, the air conditioner was blowing colder air and it was not all over the board, so in this HEAT, not good to have problems with the air conditioner.

Bought a new truck April 18th. Trades in my car with a payoff due. On May 15th I received a letter from the bank that my car was past due I called the... dealership and was told they only do what they are told have gone there 3 times asking for the GM leaving my name and phone Number they never called on May 29th I went to the bank and was told that my car still wasn't paid so I had to make a payment. I was told that I would have 45 days before my first payment but due to the fact I had to pay my old payment I have 3 days till my new one NEVER BUY THERE

I purchased or rather was lied to and coerced into buying a vehicle I did not want from Christopher at Bayway in early March. I'm not going to go into... details on this review as I wrote a lengthy complaint to the GiM two days ago and waiting for his response which has yet to arrive. I will give him until Sunday and if I still haven't heard I will update this review with the gory details. Let's see if they live up to their lofty claims. In the meantime, I'd suggest you stay away. Some pretty shady wheeling and dealing going on at Bayway.
