Mercedes-Benz of South AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of South Austin review
????? A Remarkable Improvement ? This Is the Mercedes-Benz Experience I Remember I previously shared some concerns regarding my experience at Mercedes-Benz of South Austin, so I believe it is equally important to recognize when meaningful improvements are made. During my most recent visit, I was genuinely impressed by the positive changes in the level of attention, professionalism, and customer service. The experience felt noticeably more organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. The staff was attentive and professional, communication was better, and I once again felt the level of hospitality and personal attention that should accompany the Mercedes-Benz name. It was refreshing to see that the customer experience has clearly been given greater priority. What impressed me most was not simply receiving good service, but seeing such a significant improvement from my previous experience. It demonstrates that feedback can be heard and, more importantly, acted upon. That deserves recognition. Mercedes-Benz represents more than an exceptional automobile?it represents a standard of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. This visit reflected those values much more strongly and restored my confidence in Mercedes-Benz of South Austin. Congratulations to the team for the improvement. Please continue in this direction. This is the Mercedes-Benz experience customers expect, appreciate, and remember. ?????

2023 Honda Civic Type R review
A blast to drive! Brakes are very responsive, quick at lane changes. The car feels on rails at high speed on tight curves. Very happy with the performance of the car. Very decent gas mileage on long trips. I recently did a 680 mile trip and my average was 29.8 mph

2023 Honda Civic Type R review
1st of all you are giving a car that is beating lamborgin/porsche caymans/bmws best and more 3 stars?? "haha" Take it to a track and you will see why Honda is going to make elite cars think about pricing! I own a 2022 porsche 911 turbo s, and i have owned many bmw audi and ferrari. I have raced rally for years and this type R even at 60k smokes the competition. Mind blown how it holds the corners and zips right back up with the top porsche cayman gt3 gt4. Just a joy to drive!

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West AllisReviews
Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis review
Searching for a replacement for my 2014 Navigator, with an emphasis on Luxury without sacrificing BIG TOWING capabilities. Success with Brian S . at Boucher Lincoln back in 2021 brought me back and Brian came through again! Exceeding all my expectations through the purchase of my CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2022 Navigator Reserve…even responding to my questions on his day off! Sch3d7led pickup and walk through on a Saturday morning was effortless…and wowed by a follow up email on Sunday morning from Joe, the General Manager confirming my satisfaction and whether or not I had any outstanding questions or concerns. We will be seeing Boucher when I downsize to an Aviator in the distant future.

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional, particularly Liam Johnson. I would definitely work with these people again if I was shopping for a vehicle.

Staff were very friendly but took several hours to complete paperwork even though financing was not needed; would be better for them to enhance their efficiency in this regard.
