Jeff was awesome he did a great job showing me all the trucks I wanted to see until I decided on just the right one. The finance guy was awesome as well he did magic to get me a good interest rate and payment. I will recommend all my friends and family to buy from Stonebriar Chevrolet.

I had a very disappointing experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. I visited the dealership in good faith and found a few vehicles that caught my attention, including a Chevrolet Equinox. The test drive went well, and up to that point, the salesperson was helpful and professional. However, once we started discussing the purchase, the experience changed completely. The numbers kept shifting during the negotiation, and I started to feel uncomfortable and unsure about moving forward. Since I was still interested in the vehicle, I left a $500 deposit in good faith to reserve the deal while I finalized my insurance quote. Later that evening, while reviewing the vehicle on the dealership’s own website, I discovered that the same car was listed online for about $3,000 less than the price being presented to me during the negotiation. When I returned the next day to discuss this with the salesperson, instead of receiving a clear and honest explanation, I felt that he avoided the conversation and was not transparent with me. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the dealership and decided to cancel the deal. I requested a refund of my $500 deposit, but unfortunately, almost four days later, the money has still not been returned. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected transparency, honesty, and professionalism from a Chevrolet dealership, but that was not what I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet.
