Bought the vehicle a few months back. Right after we had noticed that a few things were not functioning like they were supposed to. Was told there was a warranty, nope no warranty on anything that needed fixed. Within the last month I've had to replace the lifters in the motor, have had electrical issues. 2,000 dollars out of my pocket. The vehicle was going bad when we had bought it and I believe that they knew that.

I have been looking for months for a different Toyota Sienna van to replace our older van. I came across the Car Store, and a van we have been looking for. Although it was a almost 2 hour drive, it was worth the trip. We paid cash, and knew how much we could spend, they gave us a generous trade for our older van. Plus a dealership warranty. Very pleased with our experience.

The experience was awesome. The truck was described as is. The paper work was very quick and the folks were very friendly.

More than great customer service at the Car Store in Adel. Had a dead battery at home in my drive way. I called to ask for help and within about 5 minutes Ron had sent a young man to jump start my truck. I drove up there , and visited with Angela and Ron and 20 minutes later I have a new battery and good to go. I feel very thankful for such a great car service center is right here in Adel.

I went to The Car Store to look at a replacement vehicle for myself. I got a good deal on a car, although there were some minor things about the car that the dealer didn't tell me that COULD potentially be issues. For example, the day I got home, I went to start the car, and the starter appears to be going out. Not a HUGE deal as of yet, but it would be nice to know before I signed the papers and paid what I did. However, the dealer and his daughter were both very polite and easy to work with. Overall, a good experience was had.

My time i spent at the adel car store was great and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

Contacted dealer on a Sat eve, received reply by Sun noon. Called dealer, arranged to see/purchase car on Mon. No frills, easy, quick deal on a reliable first car for my kid. Would use this site and dealer again, if I need another car, and if he has what I'm looking for.

Spoke to this dealer about a vehicle, arranged to come down the next day, while I was standing in his dirty, run down building, he sold the vehicle out from under me, to the man he was whining had low balled him the day before. So we drove 40 miles for nothing.
