My 2025 Colorado had a transmission leak and they had to order parts. It took a while to get the parts, but once they arrived, the dealership worked quickly to put everything together and get the vehicle back to me. It is working fine now and I'm glad to have it back.

The service itself was a 5-star.
The service itself was a 5-star. David, though, frequently makes it a punishing experience, telling me I did it wrong. He has told me to call him directly to make appointments because the website is ineffective. I did this time, got no answer, left a message, gave up and made an appointment on-line. I arrived and he indicated the appointment was for the Impala I traded in to AutoNation for my truck. My on-line appointment was for the truck. He said his assistant called me but I didn't call back (call went to my call filter, I guess??). When my truck service was done, he notified me and said it was "for the right vehicle." I am not a stupid person, and I don't appreciate the sarcasm. I did not make AutoNation's decision to use the website for scheduling. AlI I can say is that coming in there is going to be a punishing experience, and I have another appointment coming up which I'm dreading...this has happened to me several time.

Salesman was great.
Salesman was great. We had multiple vehicles to trade in. He helped us figure out what would be best for us. AutoNation gave us good trade in values that allowed us to get the vehicle we wanted.

I was quickly checked in. I was asked if I would loke to wait or they could shuttle me home. I always wait and enjoy a little downtime & get some visiting in.
