I got the Honda Accord 2013 EX Used car.
I got the Honda Accord 2013 EX Used car. I drove around 6200 Miles. No issues report so far. They are not compromise in Pricing. The car runs really good. Planning to go for Oil Changes & other service this week end. Will provide feed back after this is done.

Execellent Service!
I have purchased an Honda Odyssey and Accord from this dealership. Roula Freiha was our sales professional both times. She listened to our requirements and quickly found 3 vehicles to choose from. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the vehicles. The buying process was extremely easy. It only took 3 hours to negociate, finance and purchase the Accord. I will be coming back from my next car.

You ALL, made an impact on my life.
I want to thank each and every one of the Honda Team members who helped make my deal happen. I got into a traumatic accident 2 weeks ago and was in a very sensitive situation. I felt I needed to get rid of my previous car as soon as possible. I had just paid my $1000 insurance deductible on my previous car in order to fix it, to be able to sell it. So I had no money to even put down at this point. My mother called ahead and spoke to Raula to give her some back story on my situation. I came to Coggin Honda and was greeted so kindly. As a 23 year old I don't have the perfect credit, but I work extremely hard and wasn't expecting to have to get another new car. I am fortunate enough for this dealership and these amazing people that they were able to work ALL day to find a bank to finance me because of my previous car loan and being upside down. I got the call yesterday afternoon that made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the first time in two and a half weeks I feel like I'm able to move on to the next chapter in my life. BECAUSE OF THEM. I am so thankful for them helping me and making it a priority to get me out of my previous car. I am part of the Honda family for life now. These people and this dealership GAVE ME HOPE again. For that, I'm forever grateful. Thank you Raula and the finance team, I can't even begin to explain what you were able to do means to me. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE wanting honesty and true compassion.

FOREVER is to long to wait
4 hours for an oil change. The coffee and other amenities were never replaced. They did work on my vehicle that was not authorized. Offered no sincere apologies or said this was abnormal. My are apparently takes 2 hours to wash and im about ready to roll means another hour. This location has gone down hill each visit. I wouldn't recommend this hole to anyone

Scheduled repair
I had a scheduled repair which they completed in less time than originally estimated. I usually wait on my service but this time I took the shuttle. The shuttle dropped me off at my gym and when my car was ready, they returned and picked me up. I was pleasantly surprised that they would return to pick me up. My service rider was Kayla and she did a great job, along with the mechanic and the two shuttle drivers.

Worst car buying experience
I bought the black edition ridgeline closed very late and the dealership wasnt able to detail the truck so it still had tape residue from delivery. The next day i wash the truck I noticed two dents in the cab . Dealership sent to dent guy and he said he couldnt do it. drive an hour to the dealership, dropped off the truck on wednesday suppose to pick it monday. after the 4th trip to the dealership and two rentals later i finally have my truck detailers did horrible job. With al the headache and stress they put me thru they never offered anything like free oil change or roof rails. 3 times i was promised the truck would be done and they would drop it off. It never happened.
