Awesome experience!

Awesome experience. Brandon was extremely helpful and courteous. I visited 5 dealerships and AutoNation was the best. Good selection and financing options were explained to me in detail.

LIfe's milestones

Our friends (truly, friends at this point) at Autonation Honda have seen our family through many milestones. Having kids (minivans!); new jobs (hybrids for commuting!); first teen drivers (HRV!); divorce (leasing during uncertainty....); teenage boys being boys (replacement vehicle for the HRV!). I've traded cars at Autonation Honda 11 times!

What now?

In response to a recall, my fuel pump was replaced last week. Now it is hard to start and I am on a trip and I am afraid of getting stranded.

Efficient service

I started my buying process online. It took less than a day to secure financing and complete the process. I then traveled to the dealer to complete the process, and was in and out in less than an hour. Awesome experience!

Terrible Service

Terrible service. Waited for one and half hours for a scheduled simple oil change. Finally I asked when they?d be done and was told they hadn?t even started. Never told me they?re running late or gave me an update. Last time forgot to reset maintenance alert. Just getting sloppy. Won?t be back.

Scheduled regular maintenance and was advised of next required checks so went ahead with that as well Was advised of price and time required. Pleasant waiting environment.

Oil change/brake replacement

Had to get an oil change and brake pad replacement. The repair was quick and they kept me up to date while I was waiting. Great service.
