AutoNation Knoxville review

We needed a new car quickly, and had good experience with AutoNation and older Honda's.. we found a suitable HRV quickly and were able to finalize a deal. Not a perfect experience, but manageable. Wish they could have taken my trade in.

HondaNation is great!

Excellent buying experience with Will Clifford. He was very patient and helpful with me in explaining all the bells and whistles (safety features, etc.) that come with a 2019 CRV EX. Also, the service department has always provided excellent repair/maintenance service for our 2003 and 2005 Hondas. A special shout-out to Mike West. He is always pleasant to deal with. I call him directly to ask any questions and to schedule service.

Worth driving to Knoxville

Dani Argonne was service person

AutoNation on Parkside Drive is very professional. We have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer over the years. We always allow them to maintain our vehicles so they last. Mr. Argonne has helped us with our maintenance needs over the last year. One time my tire blew out on a major highway and he told me exactly what to do and then replaced the tire for me when I brought it in. We feel we are in good hands.
