Good overall.
Good overall. Didn’t have a great time with getting help from the guy who sold me the truck about extended warranty coverage after I bought it. Truck has non working heated seats and still waiting to see if we can work on fixing it.

I go to Ann Smith for my service needs. She is absolutely the best! She is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She listens to me and I trust her advice as to what needs to be done to my car. Ann goes the extra step to make sure everything is good with my car before I leave. If Ann can't help me right away, someone is there to greet me when I pull my car in and they are always courteous and make sure I'm taken care of. While on a cross country trip I needed an oil change.
While on a cross country trip I needed an oil change. The service department was great at taking care of me and my wife. We were hungry and they provided transportation to and from a restaurant. Car was ready on our return. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Ann Smith is my Service Advisor and has been for many years. Ann is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely taken care of when we need service. I will always use Ann for our needs and recommend her to my colleagues as well. Troy was the technician that did the repairs on my vehicle. Troy came and talked with me about what was happening and what was needed to resolve the issue. Troy was very professional and a true master of his craft.
