90 days and still waiting on a tag. Purchased the car no financing. Boy that seemed like a mistake. Still waiting on the title and tag and no help or support from the dealership. It’s very disappointed for BMW dealership. I made multiple calls trying to get someone help me with no results.We receiving letters from the state saying that the taxes were not paid on the vehicle we traded in . Ifyou’re purchasing a vehicle outright, be careful with Orr. FYI we do love the vehicle.

I recently purchased a new X6 BMW, traded in my 2023 M440 BMW. Johnny Fielder was great to work with, working tirelessly to get a deal that worked for both ORR BMW, and myself. Justin recommended Johnny Fielder when I asked which salesman I should talk to about a possible trade Justin Octavi, the finance manager, worked with us when we purchased the new X6, showing different warranties available above and beyond the standard BMW warranty. Orr BMW in Shreveport has a great team, sales, service and finance, we will not hesitater to recommend ORR BMW, because we are completely satisfied.

Bought my first dream car BMW X1 in July and it’s more than what I had expected of a car. Cris Lacarte was a very pleasant car salesman to work with. I went in to test drive a vehicle and he sold me a car within the hour.
