I went through the Exchange Program to get a new vehicle and it was the easiest purchase I have ever done at a car dealership! Tim and Stanley were so patient, kind, and informative in every aspect of the process! My only regret is not doing it sooner!

This was probably THEE WORST EXPERIENCE! Carrie was very rude and condescending. She acted like we were bothering her by coming to get our car serviced. I have been here before and experienced pleasurable customer service. I felt uncomfortable to leave my wife’s car because of her attitude towards us. She tried to force me to sign a paper agreeing to an almost $600 charge BEFORE looking at the car. I refused obviously. I asked can they look at the car first and hook it up to confirm what it was and she said no. At this point I asked for her manager because I couldn’t believe she was talking to us like that and the manager comes over and guess what… she was JUST AS RUDE! At this point I was at the mercy of them since my wife’s ac was not working and it’s hot. When I come to pick up the car I unfortunately had to work with her and she was just as rude and cold. At this point I’m thinking that this is how Leith Honda teaches and allows their employees to treat customers. I spent almost $4000 to fix my car. I couldnt even get a loaner car over the weekend. As I get my car back and drive it, it’s rumbling and struggling to accelerate, which was NOT a problem when I stopped it off. This has been a NIGHTMARE. Not to mention they tried to upsell me on over $3000 worth of extras and in Carrie’s words don’t worry about that stuff we didn’t really look to see if it was needed we just did it based on the mileage…. Wow upsell without ACTUALLY diagnosing the issue… This is fraud, a scam and criminal

We purchased a 2025 from Carolina last week. She was great. We evaluated multiple pre-owned Pilots and Passports, as well as a 2026 model in both before settling on a 2025 Pilot EXL. Carolina walked us through every step; she was never pushy. When we were reviewing the final price, she was very direct about where she had flexibility and where she did not. This was helpful. Because this was our third vehicle from Leith Honda in 5 years, the dealership have us a 3K discount on the purchase price for being loyal customers. That was very nice. When it was all done, Carolina handed us to Travis to close the deal. Pleasant experience with Leith yet again.

Having purchased at least 12 vehicles in my lifetime, Carolina was the best I have ever had! She was phenomenal! We spoke over the phone. I wanted to confirm that pact we wanted was there. She confirmed it was on the lot. I called the next day to confirm the car was still available before we headed there. I asked to have the vehicle ready for a test drive when we go there. She had everything ready for us and worked an acceptable deal. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a car. I can’t say enough great things about her! She an awesome professional! If I had a car dealership I would hire 1000%.
