Frankie was amazing at coordinating to take stuff off my last truck and put them on my new truck. Sena in service was so helpful and in constant communication with me about my truck.

The Salesman was spot to make sure I purchased the vehicle with all amenities requested. The Finance Mgr was respectful to my request for information and details of warranty. Overall the best dealership experience to date.

They don’t like to honor warranties, had to do my own research for them to see it was same issue as of 6 months ago. Engine light on crack in welds by brackets of exhaust pipes..

Over priced, car still not working like it was. I asked about my tire sensor and they gave me a run around about 1 of them then after I picked up my car all four of my sensors were out (after I asked about it twice) I will say everyone was nice and or pleasant and timely. But my car still has issues and they did not address what I asked. Also to add on again the price was outrageous and unnecessary. It was a cheap part they charged well over 150 for. After this experience I do not think I will ever bring my car back here. Nor buy another car from GMC.

Rainbow Northshore GMC has taken wonderful care of me for the last 8 years. I am very pleased with their professionalism and courteous attention to my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Rainbow has been one I hope neither have to deal with again. The initial experience was FANTASTIC! Drove 350 miles to get the truck I wanted. Rusty, Luke and Darren and all the other employees were kind and helpful. Our problems revolve around the truck itself. Mr Dawson has gone ABOVE and Beyond to help me and resolve the nightmare the truck created for us. I'd most definitely recommend Luke, Darren and Rainbow to anyone interested.
