    I was 2 month ago at the dealer to see the Mazda 3 because my current lease was clese to end. At this moment the sale person was kind despite I let him know i had to wait mor than two month for the lease end. I wen on Saturday 6 at 1 PM, with the inventory number of what we are looking for because we where ready to make business based on the previous visit and estimates. When we try to talk about lease number the sales person call the "financial guy" who threw a ridiculous number on the table. He asked in bad manner how much we want to pay. We say our number base on the first visit and this guy piked up the car key from the table and abruptly and very rude did said no, did not try to negotiate, and left. At the en I was happy because we went to Lehman Subaru where the people was very nice and we did much better bossiness .

    Just came away with my first Mazda. Visited several times with Manny Patino who was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole the Mazda line and was great to deal with. Manny was no pressure just helpful, friendly, patient and willing to talk about all of the great feature of the cars. Overall great experience, very efficient, very nice people. Robert Lara the manager was very helpful with Manny in getting things finished with a great deal. I highly recommend Ocean Mazda and look forward to buying there for the next upcoming purchase for my wife.

    I bought my brand new Mazda CX9 North Miami 2016 with service plan although i live nearby this location doral Mazda for my convinient for my car service they dont accept my mazda plan services because i bought in other mazda location thats what the service advisor told me and his assistant i show my documents and called Mazda north Miami that can accepted any location ,hot line Mazda service plan that i can bring any location for services my car but this Mazda doral advisor services are below 1 star service not recommended this mazda doral Miami to do service with them horrible experienced do not waste your time to drive there if u don't purchased your Mazda car in this location for sure get dis appointed for their horrible services

    I m loyal customer of Ocean Mazda, and will continue to be. Excellent customer service, from Mauricio Rodriguez to Miguel Mejia, and all the team. This review is only for the commercial part of it. But I would recommend the repair part also. its good to leave on a new car or after a service is done and know that you could not be better served. There are cheaper places, sure. But I m comfortable with what I m paying and the level of service that I get (and that's a value that other places don't give you)
