Sales manager (Shawn Wilson) and myself went back and forth on the phone regarding a leftover 2024 Ridgeline that was severely aged in his inventory. When we agreed on numbers, I made the trip over (from out of state) to pick the vehicle up. When I arrived, I was greeted by Hector Asevedo who took me to the side of the building where the vehicle was. Upon walking around the vehicle, I noticed a huge blue scrape on the front passenger fender. When I brought it up, Shawn and Hector were very shocked as to what might have happened. I looked at the building and the doors leading into the showroom are all painted blue. It didn’t take a brain surgeon to realize that whoever pulled it out of the showroom scraped it against the building. So then they take it to the back and say they can buff it out (even though it broke the clear coat). They bring it back up front and while it was substantially better, I could still see some damage. I proceed to tell them that they have another identical truck in their inventory (same exact MSRP and color). Then they both spend the next hour arguing with me saying that the other one has a higher MSRP. This initially couldn’t be confirmed because someone had thrown away the window sticker on the truck they had damaged. Then they magically found the window sticker in the garbage all crumpled up and sure enough it was priced identical to the other truck (like I said). So now they switch everything over to the undamaged one and we start paperwork. I was informed I needed to immediately get insurance (even though I had a trade in with comprehensive insurance which would have temporarily covered my purchase) so I did. Then I met with Clinton Chopin in the finance office who wrapped everything up. It is now approaching a month and a half and have yet to receive my paperwork to register my vehicle because they are waiting on the manufacturers certificate of origination for the vehicle (even though the vehicle was in their inventory for about 5 months). At this point, I feel like Shawn and Clinton and the title clerks (Rachel and Amanda) have washed their hands of the situation. Rachel told me that once I’m nearing my 60 day expiration on my temp tag to let them know and they would send me another one. My question is why in the world should it take 2 months for you to get me my paperwork when I’m in the next state away (MS)? I’ve bought several vehicles out of state and none of them have taken anywhere near this long to get me my paperwork. But like Rachel told me, “it happens more than people think in the auto industry.”

The services were great.

The services were great. They completed both recalls in one visit and Danny was really helpful and explained exactly what they had done to my vehicle as well as give me suggestions for future maintenance.

Premiere Honda, has always taken great care of my car

Premiere Honda, has always taken great care of my car when being serviced. Because of their outstanding care, I continue to purchase my cars from this dealership. My current Honda is my third car from Premier Honda and will not be my last.
