When you have a Lincoln under warranty that requires a multi-day repair, and you're told you'll have a loaner, you don't expect to have to wait over an hour for a car rental agency to show up, and you certainly don't expect to have a filthy car given to you with no gas in it. Very disappointed with that and the woman at the service desk who was quick to make excuses and slow to take care of the customer right in front of her.

Comfortable
Raphael Lopez was our sales person. He was not your typical sales personality. We showed up to look at cars my husband thought I would like and did test drive. The car was nice but i was not comfortable. After a conversation with Raphael, he looked into inventory and found the perfect car. Raphael is someone who listens to his customer and that is why I recommend him.

Retired housewife
We were not planning on buying a car that day but the way they treated us and gave an overall experience of the car that we decided to buy it.They were really nice and treated us like family.The salesman put everything aside for us and if the occasion should ever arise we want hesitate about going back
