Normal timely service but went above most places in when battery tested low they are replacing it not waiting till it died on me . That’s Great service

Service department and staff are one of the best I ever seen. Erik and Anthony are great to work with. The department is fast and efficient.

We have always been treated well. Usually we are greeted and taken care of by Erick Soto. He always takes the time to explain everything. He also takes care to call you by your name - you are not just a number.

Erick is a helpfull person and has great customer service skills. I enjoy my interaction with him all the time and appreciate the quality of his service. THANK YOUUU!!!

Called to check availability and was surprised that they were able to provide same day service. Wonderful customer service. They were informative and made good service recommendations to make sure my car is well taken care of. I like the call and text update options to make sure I know exactly when my car is ready.

I brought my 2018 Pilot in for an oil change and to have it checked for a recall. Luis in the service department took care of me again. As it turns out, the recall didn’t apply to my SUV (so no worries with that) and my oil change was done faster than the quoted time.

Easy to get in for an oil change, reasonably quick service and always courteous customer service.

The service was fast and in the time frame given to me. They service done to my vehicle was exactly what was needed. The wash job was superb.

Personally, I would have to say that going to Yuma Honda especially with the service and maintenance is always an awesome experience. I would like to mention Erick Sotto for his great dedication and genuine attentiveness to our car’s service needs.
