Car Service

I was in to have my Honda CR-V serviced, upon arrival I was immediately met by one of the service personnel and my car was taken in to be serviced. In less than an hour my car was serviced and ready to go.

Amazing service

Jorge in sales is a great sales man, anytime I had questions or concerns regarding my future purchase he would always reply back momentarily with an answer. GM Walid provided me a great deal on an 2019 Accord Sport. Nester from finance did an amazing job on explaining in detail all the information on the car finance, step by step. Totally recommend this place.

Oil change

Yuma Honda has an excellent service. Has a Friendly service advisor. With shuttle drop off and pick up. With free car wash. And the fast service.

GREAT SERVICE. TOTALLY HAPPY.

Very happy with my service experience. As always the service department has met my expectations. Erick has always taken excellent care of both of my Hondas. Will always bring my cars here for service and any needed repairs. Thank you very much.

great service as usual

Took a little longer then I thought it would other then that great service. Eric is the only service writer I will deal with! He is professional and very knowledgeable. Always remembers my name.

If I could give more stars I would. Jose in service took care of me from beginning to end. He went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction was up2par. He answered all of my questions. Super friendly. He explained so that I could understand. Ride to work was great as well. The person at the checkout counter was very nice too and offered me a bottled water. Just the extra things made me feel like a valued customer. Which makes me continue to buy Honda. Prior to 4 years ago, we were Always Chevy people. But because of Yuma Hondas service all around we will remain Honda

Honda had to fix a recall on my Ridgeline

Always treated with lots or respect, polite, and very helpful. Explained the repair did it in a timely manner. Always treated very well at Yuma Honda. Will keep going back there.
