Excellent service given by Robin.All staff was courteous and helpful. My husband knew Robin and appreciated her when he bought his Ford truck.That is why we returned for Ford Bronco Sport.Robin is very professional and at the same time makes you feel like family.Highly recommend World Ford and appreciated the great vehicle we got at a good price.

My a/c was not blowing cold.

My a/c was not blowing cold. My mileage was 35800 and my vehicle was almost 3 years old. I went online as directed on Nov 30 and first appointment was Dec 10 .i was told evaporator core needed replacement. I was then told that even though my mileage was ok Dec 4 warranty expired. Dealer said Ford agreed to pay 1650 of 2361. Dealer blames Ford which blames dealer . should be covered under warranty.
