Demarcus Horne, need I say more? We drive from Spanish Fort to Pensacola just to deal with him! Have bought the last 5 vehicles from him because he’s honest and no haggling. A true joy to work with!

ASK for Ms. Rose Parnell. She sent me a Video of the car to show the features of the car before I went to test drive it. From the time I arrived @ the Sandy Sansing Mazda dealership she assisted me from start to finish. She is Professional, Polite, Personable, & Listened to my questions. So Ladies, stop waiting on your significant other to buy the vehicle You want! Please go see Ms. Rose Parnell, she treats you like family.

Sandy Sansing P'cola is not to be trusted....

2nd time shopping Sandy Sansing.NEVER AGAIN! They had just taken in a car on trade that fit what I was looking for-not cleaned up yet but come look. Bought it - Here is where it took a turn - 1)Specifically asked if it had been in any wrecks -saw the car report did not show any but knew things got fixed and not reported at times and was told they knew of nothing. That was a LIE. When I picked up the car, there was a spot on back bumper that indicated a small fender bender/bump. Noted to salesperson that I did not see that previously, was told that it was so dirty I probably could not see it/missed it. I said I specifically asked about any wrecks and was told there was nothing on the car report and we do not always see it during an inspection.Really? The professional evaluating the car for a trade-in price missed it?? Was told she would get with her GM when he got back from vacation to see what we could do. 2)They kept the car to put new tires, safety inspection,repair the driver's seat leather worn spot. This was Sat.- I was told Thurs. it would be ready that afternoon so I went when I got off from work-waited about 45 minutes only to be told the car was not ready because the tires did not come in.Status should have been checked on prior to my arrival and if not ready,should have called so I did not waste my time. When I expressed my frustration over the lack of communication the salesperson was very blase and said, well, at least you got to see me. REALLY? 3) Safety inspection was supposed to have been done- I got car home and my husband looked it over- emergency brake went to the floor. How can a safety inspection be done and not include all the brakes???? 4) Also when my husband checked out the car he noticed there was a repair to the front bumper - AGAIN, an accident repair and my husband, not a trained car professional, noticed, but the dealer professionals did not? Right -so again, they lied when I specifically asked if there had been any accidents not on the car report and they told me no. 5) Driver seat had a worn area in the leather they said they would repair -they had the car for a week after I purchased and did not get the repair done so was told I would have to bring it back another day. 6) Car was supposed to be detailed before I picked it up -I told the salesperson that their detail area needed to be retrained or fired because the car had many things overlooked -gunk in passenger back cup holders,plastic piece on the driver seatbelt was black instead of cream, a black ring behind the hatch glass, dirt rivulet running down inside of driver door, and several other things but you see my point here -When I mentioned the poor detail job, my salesperson said, yeah, this is not the first time I have heard that. Seriously? The end result -we were told she would get us with the GM to discuss our concerns when he got back from vacation but stopped taking our calls. We reached out to the GM - I spoke with Chris, I believe he was a Sales Mgr because he said the GM was off that day. I told him what had occurred, he said he would look into it and get back to me. He did call back, we tried to return his call and ended up speaking with James, another Sales, and was told car should have never been sold, it should have gone to auction because of higher mileage and that obviously I would never be happy with the car so we need to get me a different car and he would start looking around for something comparable. After a week I had not heard back -my husband called and got to speak with a Chris (not sure who he was) and was told I signed off on the car, obviously wanted a brand new car at used car price, and they had no plans to make anything right. It was my fault I missed the accidents and that even a blind xxxxxx could see there had been accidents -hmm, but they said they saw no accident repairs.

What can I say ? If you are going to deal with anybody at Sandy Sansing Mazda, deal with DeMarcus Horne ! You can not go wrong with him ! I will personally not deal with anyone else. He is an outstanding guy ! He did everything possible to make my wife and myself comfortable with the buying process. He will not treat you like he’s a salesman but your friend. He went out of his way to hand deliver our cx-5. I looked at other sites online that charged from 150+ dollars to over 500+ for this service. I will deal with him only from now on !
