Went to Sandy Sansing for service. Being from New York we needed an oil change and tire rotation while down south for the winter. Service was efficient and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

It's stressful buying a car - try buying two at the same
It's stressful buying a car - try buying two at the same time !! I needed to get another Armada and a car for my teenager - Demarcus Horne was knowlegeable, patient, and fair. I worked with him 10 years ago at another location so I knew I could trust him !! I stopped by on Saturday and fell in love with a white Armada. I bought that truck on Monday, and the Jetta on Tuesday !! I can be difficult so I appreciate Demarcus working with me again. I won't see him for a few years, but when I am ready for my next vehicle he will be the first one I call !!! KUDOS !!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Made the drive from out of state to look at a vehicle here last week with the dealer knowing I was on the way to see it. Arrive and after pondering around for about 30 min there trying to see inside vehicle, they finally tell me they can’t find the key. So I head home and wait on them to let me know when they locate keys. Later the next day they finally locate them, so schedule to go back to dealer the following fay to see this vehicle. Return with my wife to look at it, we had every intention on buying the vehicle with cash and taking it home that day. So I asked them to go ahead and detail vehicle. We get there to finally see inside of vehicle and take on a test drive. Vehicle was filthy with old food still under and in seats. We look past it and take for a test ride. Liking what we see, until check engine light comes on during test drive. So we are told to bring back to dealership to have service look at it. I explained to 2 managers and the salesman that I’d check engine light is fixed and nothing major we will buy it when they fix it. They agree. I gave the manager a credit card for a deposit to ensure it was held for us until the repair was complete. Yesterday, while waiting on repairs and parts for repair, said manager calls me to see if I’m interested in anything else, I ask why and he says because they sold the vehicle that I had put a deposit on!!!! Call the GM of the dealership, he could careless as well!!! Crooks!!!

Ray, we did not take a deposit from you nor does the dealership except deposits on used vehicles. All used vehicles are sold to the first buyer. We offered to sell you the vehicle and address the check engine light. You declined this offer and left without purchasing.
