The staff at Sandy Sansing Mazda were very friendly and professional. I ended up staying an hour and a half after the dealership closed when purchasing my car and the staff did not make me feel rushed. Valerie was such a great help during my first visit to the dealership that I had to come back and purchase my first car from her. She was very patient and made sure that I test drove and sat in every vehicle I was interested in to make sure that I made the right decision. She even took free photos of me with my new car, which turned out great! I would definitely recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Finance LIES!!! Beware.

I bought used 2019 Nissan Titan from the website description. It was supposed to come with heated/cooled seats, heated and tilt steering along with other extras... Also was missing some bed utility components and several things inside the cab were either missing or no longer working. The Salesman was great I would rate Paul a 5 star. The finance guy will lie to you selling an unneeded warranty to pocket more money from you. Nissan comes with Americas best warranty 5yr/100k miles bumper to bumper. He lied to me and said it has expired and only has drive train left on the current warranty to get me to purchase the additional $4k warranty from them. Just because of this big $4k lie I will never purchase from them again nor do I recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience while purchasing my used car. My salesperson Valerie greeted me and my family out on the lot promptly. I expressed interest in one particular vehicle. She was not pushing upon me any other vehicles or trying to up sale me to any other vehicle that I had not came to see. I felt no pressure and the process went smooth. She was friendly almost as if we had known each other. Great job!

DeMarcus went above and beyond for my 16 year old’s first...

DeMarcus went above and beyond for my 16 year old’s first car. He took the time to explain things to her regarding her car. Although we were there with my 16 year he was actually talking to her which demonstrated the level of respect he has for his clients. Most adults will bypass the “child” but he knew this vehicle was for her and he not only explained in details the ins and outs of the vehicle but he also answered all of her questions in a friendly manner. I was very impressed. In the past I have dreaded car shopping because let’s face it car salesman’s are the worse. You feel pressured and annoyed to buy a car they want you to buy probably for that commission. DeMarcus was far from that, so much so that even my 16 year commented on how great he was. When we picked up the car, the floor mats were missing and true to his word he told us he would find new ones so we could pick up. Well to my astonishment not only did he find new floor mats but also had them delivered to me as I live about 50 miles away from The dealership. If you ever need a vehicle please contact DeMarcus he is super friendly, understanding, and most important has the charisma you are looking for when car shopping. A rare diamond in rough indeed! I already told him, if he moves to another dealership please let me know as I will buy a car from Him when my youngest child begins to drive. He is a no nonsense honest salesman! Thank you DeMarcus!!

DeMarcus turned a purchase nightmare from another...

DeMarcus turned a purchase nightmare from another dealership into a dream come true. He treated me like a PERSON, not a paycheck like the sales rep from the other dealership did. DeMarcus was honest and forthcoming about ALL of the information I needed and really listened to my concerns. The level of professionalism and empathy he displayed CANNOT be taught! It has to be a genuine trait of the individual and DeMarcus has that PLUS MORE! BEST CAR SALES INTERACTION I'VE HAD IN 12 YEARS!!! Even if you're out of town, trust me when I say GO SEE HIM! Take your new car to the beach while you're at it, that's exactly what I did! lol

DeMarcus was THE reason I returned to Mazda to purchase...

DeMarcus was THE reason I returned to Mazda to purchase another vehicle! He is very knowledgeable, listens to the buyer’s wants and needs, watches your reactions when discussing key points and makes recommendations based on all of this. He follows up with a call or text to see how he can help the buyer find the perfect vehicle for them. He takes what can be considered an overwhelming experience (buying a car) and turns it into a pleasant time with even some laughter involved!

Demarcus Horne Is The MAN! He always goes above & beyond for his customers! This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from him. You tell him what you need & he will find a way to make it happen. That type of loyalty and work ethic is a dying art. We bought a beautiful Chevy Silverado and could not be happier! The entire process was fun, fast, and accommodating. Shoutout to the used car manager, Kenny, for helping with financing! Easy, fast, hassle-free experience!
