Would never buy a vehicle here. First time I have ever walked out of a dealership without test driving a vehicle. Because of your saleswoman, it probably cost you a sale. She made us feel like we were bothering her. She was rude and very condescending. I could not believe the amount of times she rolled her eyes at us. We told her which vehicle we were interested in and she responded with "Why". Not sure if she was angry because all the other sales people were eating lunch, and she wasn't. We went across the street and purchased from Alfa Romeo. The experience was like night and day

Demarcus was an amazing help in finding us a family vehicle that fit all of our criteria- monthly payment, low miles, enough room for our growing family. I began texting him on a Saturday & by Tuesday- he found me the best vehicle there was. He is professional- he came to me to do my financial app & show me the car. WHO DOES THAT?! We have owned three Mazda Cx-5 Grand Touring vehicles and were thinking about trading in our 2018 CX-5 for the new 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. While looking at the Kelly Blue Book on the internet for car prices, I sent my e-mail address to Sandy Sansing for available new 2021 vehicles on site.I normally do not do this, since I hate to get continusous calls from sales people.What a pleasant surprise, Sales Associate Demarcus Horne called me one time and took time to understand what we were looking for in the new 2021 vehicle. Also our concerns for a fair trade in price. We did purchase a new car and Demarcus was a pleasure to work .
