Excellent Buying Experience

We just completed an auto purchase at Sandy Sansing Mazda. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Mariah did an excellent job!! Joel in Finance was helpful in explaining all available options. I would recommend this dealership!

Best Buying Experience!

Today we purchased a used Nissan Titan. Our experience from the internet to sales to finance was a pleasant experience. First Jonathan Burnett from the internet inquiry phoned us and scheduled an appointment for us to see the vehicle we were interested in for the next day. When we arrived Kaleb Vincek in sales came out and greeted us & answered our questions. After thinking about it we came in the next day to purchase the vehicle. We enjoyed dealing with Kalb for he was very knowledgeable, professional & kind. Then off to finance with Joel Bender who was very experienced of his job & a nice man. All in all this was the smoothest experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. We would definitely recommend Sandy Sanding Mazda Dealership for purchasing a vehicle.

Great experience!

Mariah was amazing to work with! She was extremely patient with us and let us test drive numerous trucks until we found the perfect one. On top of that she was very transparent with us throughout the whole process and made sure to get us the right answers to all of the questions we asked. We also worked with Joel and Danny who were a wealth of information regarding out of state registration, financing, and were a reassuring force in the car buying process. Mariah, Joel, Danny, and the rest of the staff at Sandy Sansing Mazda made car buying an enjoyable and comforting experience!

Myca was great!

Went to the dealership just looking, Myca took time to show me all the cars I wanted with out any pressure. After the purchase was done Myca stayed with me until my car was cleaned, giving up possible sales with other customers. I feel I got a fair deal and was happy to deal with Myca and Joel.

Sales team was great -test ride and all the service was outstanding special thanks to my sales associate Myca--she had all the answers to my questions and was very through in the operation of the vehicle. James the manager was great also went out of his way to be helpful and the finance part was very easy really like the computer screen that showed me everything while being explained. Sandy Sansing should be very proud of this team.

Awesome customer service!

I never New that buying a car could be so fun! Mariah took her time making sure that the cars I test drove met all of my requests. She really made what I thought would be a hard decision quite easy. I also worked with Joel who made the financial aspect of the car buying process a breeze!

Impressive; unforgivable

My salesman Kayla is an extraordinary and strong employee. I thought that I would go with my hands empty because of my particular situation with the car I owned. Great customer service

We purchased our first Mazda almost 2 years ago, and we decided to help our son purchase his first vehicle. We checked a couple of dealerships, but remembered our experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda prior. My son test drove a couple of vehicles and drove away with the Mazda he wanted. Many thanks to Mariah Panzera who helped us, and Joel Bender who made all the numbers work to help us get the car he wanted. This is our 5th Sandy Sansing vehicle we've purchased over the last 12 years, but Sandy Sansing Mazda has been the best.

Great Experience

My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola from Myca. She did a fantastic job! She was easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. We came to a price for our trade and the new vehicle with Mike, who made this part quick and painless. The entire process went smooth and was pressure free. And we finished the process with Joel who made the paperwork nice and quick! Thanks y’all!! I’d highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used car!!
