I purchased a new 2018 Mazda CX5 this Saturday. This was my first time buying a car and I would definitely recommend Sandy Sansing to anyone who is looking to buy. My sales person was Ashley Stewart and I was also helped by Joel Bender. The whole process was painless and they worked with me to meet my needs and wants, especially since I am a first time buyer and had no idea what I was doing. I truly recommend this dealership! Car buying is not my favorite activity, I don't like the haggling and "false deals." I did my research knew how much I found to be a reasonable deal and took that price to the dealership. We negotiated for only 30 minutes and came to an agreement. We explained we were not interested in any type of up dealing/ warranties. We were in and out in just over an hour. That made the whole process much more palatable.

From the moment I drove up to the front door, my expectations were exceeded. My sales rep, Kayla, was already outside and welcomed me to the dealership. At first I was kind of skeptical because I thought to myself, "wow, this dealership is aggressive!" But this wasn't the case at all. Not once did I feel pressured. She was very friendly the entire time. In fact, other staff members were as well. I test drove the vehicle and was sold immediately. Once we returned, Kayla processed and explained the paperwork and then it was on to finance where I met Joel. Joel was also friendly and even tried to see if there were possible lower rates for me without pressuring me into financing through them (I had a pre-approved loan). The extended warranty option was a "no brainer!" Overall, Kayla and Joel made my car buying experience hassle free. I would recommend this dealership for sure!!!

I purchased a great used car from Sandy Sansing Mazda this Saturday. Hunter was the Salesman that found and made the outstanding deal happen on the type of vehicle that I needed within my budget. Both he and Mr. Joel in their Finance department went above and beyond in helping us out to get the additional vehicle that our family needed for the best value as well as the condition. Their service department is also great as we have our Mazda 6 always taken care of their through Cynthia and she always does an outstanding job for us. Truly great people to do business with!

This was my first new car purchase in over 10 years. In fact, I paid my son-in-law to pick out the car and make the deal with our trade-in because of my previous experience with having salesmen spend their time drinking coffee with their manager while they tried to out-wait me. My son-in-law made a good deal on the first afternoon and all my wife and I had to do was pick up the car and pay for it. Both the young salesman, Kaleb, and the finance manager, Joel, were courteous, customer-service oriented, and pleasant to deal with. Sandy Sansing should be proud to have both of them on his team.

The employees at Sandy Sansing Mazda were all wonderful to even simply interact with. Everyone that passed said hello and asked if I was being taken care of. Kayla was who I worked with directly and she was fantastic. I have never had such a thorough showing of a car before I drive it in any of my past car buying experiences. To top it off she was also extremely personable and straight forward which made the comfort of asking questions and taking my time deciding on buying the car that much easier. I would send anyone I knew that even had an inkling of interest in a Mazda to her. Joel was my finance person and he was also wonderful. He thoroughly went through all of the paperwork and gave real life experience explanations of the options without being pushy on adding extras to your already large investment. Also very personable, you can tell he's a seasoned veteran and is straight forward with the facts. I'd trust him with my investment decisions and questions any day. Another notable shout out goes to the GM, Michael. I hadn't had much of an interaction with him and he was busy doing other things but still knew I bought the car and congratulated me on my purchase of the exact model I got. It's great to have management keep interest in their customers even if they aren't directly involved with any part of the sale. Sandy Sansing Mazda was the best car buying experience I've had and I'd send anyone I know considering a new car to head there.

My husband had spent the day looking at cars for me while I was at work since he already knew what i wanted. It was between one with Sandy Sansing’s team and one at another place. Ultimately, he was drawn back to Sandy Sansinf Mazda because of Hunter’s super chill demeanor and willingness to work with him. By the time I got off of work to check out what he had picked out, we knew it was the right one. Hunter let me drive it & the process from there was so simple. Danny was awesome to be around & got us a great deal and Joel really made the warranty process go smoothly. Even though it was so late and past closing, these guys made this the easiest car we’ve ever bought! They even made sure we knew to come back if we had any questions!
