Purchase of a Mazda Miata

Everyone on the team was a pleasure to deal with. Max was very helpful and listened to our desires. This was one of the reasons we actually completed the deal. Joel was the best as well, we will definitely be a repeat customer!

Bait and switch?

I was told a price for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and when I showed up to the dealership after driving 1.5 hours, that price magically became the price for some other vehicle that was not discussed. Bait and switch?

Sandy Sansing Mazda hopes to have 5 star reviews from all our customers and ranks high in customer satisfaction.. The vehicle that you inquired about online was a 2017 Mazda Cx-5 . Upon arrival you picked a 2018 Mazda CX-5 . Unfortunately the rebates aren't the same on the 2018 that you chose to purchase which resulted in less rebates and difference in pricing.

Outstanding Experience

I recently purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from Sandy Sansing Mazda. Kaleb Vinsek was the sales person who assisted me. He did an excellent job from the time I first spoke to him until the time I signed the paperwork. I called the weekend before I purchased and let Kaleb know what I was looking for. He provided me with a link, which included various vehicles that were in my price range. Upon arrival the following Monday he immediately assisted me. Once I selected the vehicle Kaleb did everything in his power to help me get the vehicle at the best price possible. I would highly rexommmed Kaleb as well as the dealership. It was an exceptional experience.

Great service. Very efficient!

Used car purchase

Max was amazing! Friendly, courteous, down to earth. Joel was the same. Would refer to both of them! Was going in to look at a used mazda but it sold. After finding out how much I qualified for, he went to show us a car. I was looking for a SUV. As we enteted the lot we walked slowly up to a Mercedes..ugh..not my choice. Walked past it, and he said well what do you think? Well that make was actually my first choice, but never thought I'd qualify for one. A jeep! A pearl white jeep compass! I said are you kidding me?! I wanted to drive it so bad, but said lets just see what happens. We went back inside to review some numbers. While Joel was playing with numbers and now knowing I'll be driving it home, we went to lunch and a test drive. Max actually took his lunch with us. This young man was so down to earth! Thank you Max for getting me into my new Jeep Compass! Sincerely l, Kathleen and Africa I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT!

Very good experience purchasing used 2017 Nissan Titan

Came in looking at used Nissan Titans since my local dealership didn't have what I was looking for. Ralph and John were very understanding and reasonable. After not finding what I came in for, we negotiated on a newer model than I was initially wanting. Due to fair salesmanship and a good offer price, I ultimately bought a 2017 Nissan Titian crew cab. Sale was very smooth thanks to Ralph and John. And financing was also a very easy process thanks to Joel. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from a Sandy Sansing dealership and would recommend them to others.

Smoother than expected!

Went in to test drive a 14 Mustang. Max had th car ready and made the whole process smooth and easy. No big pressures and no pushy sales. Very limited haggling!

Great customer service.

Great product, great customer service. Rob Sansonia went above and beyond our expectations. This is our 6th Mazda we’ve owned in our lifetime, couldn’t be happier with our Mazda CX-5!

Awesome Dealership!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our car yesterday at Sandy Sanding Mazda! The salesman, Rob was very thorough and friendly. His knowledge of the autos available was great and he was able to assist us with all of our needs efficiently and timely.
