Always a great experience

Recognition of Tracey Hodges

I bought my Audi from Sandy Sansing Mazda about a year ago (no issues thus far). I brought it in for routine maintenance, plus a potential oil leak. Tracey took complete ownership of my issue from top-to-bottom, ensuring top notch attention was paid to every detail. My Wife new car

The fastest and easiest car buying experience and I had quiet a few of them the salesman Rob was great friendly and very professional. The finance person Joel is one of the best GREAT TEAM

Got a great new car at a great price!

John Nowak is the BEST! He listened to me for about 15 minutes, said "I'll be right back with your car" and there it was. Got me a great price and a decent loan.

Lexus IS250 Purchase

Alan was top notch! He made the purchase process seamless. From the initial test drive to the final signing of my paperwork he made sure I was comfortable. He even did a few follow-ups after the purchase. He sold my friend a car a week before and I now know why he’s the guy to go too. Thanks Alan you’re great!

The best car buying experience in my life.

I have bought many cars throughout the years. Never have I ever had a more enjoyable experience. Alan is so personable and made sure I got the best deal possible. He was honest and answered every one of my questions. He took his time and did not rush me or pressure me to buy. I would highly recommend shopping at Sandy Sansing Mazda. Great experience

I just wrapped up a lease on a 2018 Mazda CX-5. This was my first experience with the dealership. Ron is an outstanding sales person to work with. A big thanks to Ron and Joel for getting me my car at an excellent price. It was a pleasant, no hassle, no pressure experience working with these guys. I would recommend Ron and the dealership.

Easy & Informative

We went in to try out used and new CX-5's, having very little idea what we were looking for in a car in general John was extremely patient with us and willing to try out SO many options. He made the process, including the financing, very easy and we would highly recommend.

CX-5 Purchase

Walking on the lot last Saturday I didn’t know what to expect, all I knew was that I wanted to look at some used CX-5s. Thankfully I had the good fortune of having Alan Sims walk down and assist me with my visit. He was thoughtful, professional, and not overbearing. We looked at a few vehicles and test drove one. The vehicle I test drove was nice but just a little more than I wanted to spend so I gave him my information and I thought we were done. The following Monday he reached back out to me via text message, I really enjoyed this method of communicating because of the low pressure feel it had, and asked if I gave the vehicle I test drove anymore thought. After telling him it wasn’t going to work for me he told me about another option on their lot. It ended up being the perfect fit for me and the price point was spot on too! Alan was instrumental in guiding me through this process. The sales managers were also very easy to work with and I admired their upbeat and energetic attitudes, especially at 8:30pm. I picked up my vehicle the next day and noticed a couple of blemishes on the detail job. When I mentioned it to Chris he personally took the car back to their detail department and made sure it was corrected. Once again I was impressed with their commitment to great customer service!!! I will definitely recommend the team at Sandy Sansing Mazda to everyone that asks me about a place to look ok for their next vehicle!
