Alan was great! I told him what I want and asked him not to waste my time. He had options ready for me when I walked in and loved the first thing he showed me. He negotiated a fair turnaround on my two trade ins and got me in and out quickly. I’ll buy from him again.

Alan, my floor salesman who went with me the for the test drive, was awesome. He was candid about the pros and cons for the car, listened to my preferences, and found the exact car I wanted. He was the exact opposite of the car salesman stereotype. He went out of his way to make sure buying the car was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend working with Alan when buying your next car. The finance guys, on the other hand, were a little more on point with the stereotype. Ralph, I think was his name, was a little too aggressive, even after I gave clear parameters about the financing I needed to make it work. Unlike with Alan, I felt a little pushed into the deal, which was aggravated by the seemingly well-meaning but slightly condescending final step when he tried up-selling me on all the warranties. Overall, probably a 4/5 experience. It was great working with Alan, and the financing guys in the end got the job done, but it took a little more pushback from me than was probably necessary.

Thank you so much to Kevin, he is the best! Never once made me feel pressured at all even when the guys in finance were a little pushy. He made sure I walked off the lot with the EXACT vehicle I wanted and not what the finance guy was trying to push on me. Kevin definitely made my first car buying experience a great one! He showed he truly cared and wasn't only about making a sale.

I have been wanting to purchase a Mazda CX5 for 2 years now and the team at Sandy Sansing Mazda made the process very easy and efficient! I spoke with Mike Vranich on the phone to discuss a vehicle we found searching online before we drove over from Alabama. He took the time to answer all my questions and met us the next day for a very pleasant and simple car buying experience. We had phenomenal and professional contact with every member, from the sales staff, the finance manager and the cleaning crew who stayed late while we finished up. The entire process was pleasant, honest and efficient. My Dad is 78, and has bought close to 100 cars in his life- he said this was the best deal he has ever been part of.
