Professional and quick

These guys didn't give me the run around. I came in the morning to test drive, and after work I went to sign my forms and left with my new car. Very informative, helped me learn all the new technology before I left. Great guys!

Wonderful experience with buying a car

I needed a vehicle and had a rather difficult situation to try to work with. John asked several questions and immediately showed us a vehicle that he thought we would be interested in. After showing us the vehicle, i wanted to see a couple more because i couldn’t believe the first car he showed me was THE ONE. It turned out there wasn’t a more perfect vehicle than the first one he showed us. He worked with our crazy situation and we were approved for the car very quickly! Thank you, John, for your help and expertise! We also want to thank Joel for his help and kindness at the end of the day. He knows his stuff, too! We purchased an extended warranty and actually understand the terms! Sandy Sansing Mazda will be the first place I recommend when any of my friends or family need vehicles!

Second Great Experience

After a busy 2017 that included multiple road trips and visits from friends and family my wife and I began entertaining the idea of upgrading from our CX-3 to a larger Mazda. We did our homework and found a CX-9 that fit the bill. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Kim and within minutes we were behind the wheel of what is now our new CX-9. Kim did an excellent job throughout the entire sales process and never made us feel pressured or pushed. She was kind and professional throughout our time at the dealership. This was our second interaction with Joel and it was just as pleasant as the first. Joel is a professional with a great sense of humor and processed our transaction with great efficiency.

A Pleasent Experience

This has got to be the first dealership I've been in where I didn't get the feeling of being pressured while I was looking at vehicles. My salesman, Kevin Webster was one of the most polite and courteous individuals I've ever dealt with while buying a car. He told me everything I needed to know or asked about and if he wasn't quite sure he went and asked so the information he gave me was correct. Then we went to the finance department and met with Joel who explained clearly and completely all of our options about the different packages that were available for our purchase. I couldn't have asked for two nicer people to deal with during this process.

Good Times

We found a car online and decided to go check it out. Alan Reynolds , a newbie, showed us the car and we took it for a spin.... He did a great job keeping the stress of buying a new car fun. He made a connection to us immediately and even thou he was new and still learning the ropes he made sure we were having a good time and being taken care of properly. Then we were sent to Joel. We could tell he'd been doing his job for a long time. He was super efficient and knew his stuff. He also made us smile and laugh at his jokes. The computer pad he used was super cool and I think I'd like to have one.

ROB is by far the BEST!!

Honestly this trip started out as a Valentine’s Day lunch date with my husband. We decided to stop by and just check out some cars for possibly the future for my husband. Rob was outside ready to help and not pushy at all (One reason why I hate going to dealerships). He asked the proper questions all while being friendly; it was my husband’s idea to go inside to see what the numbers look like. Once again Rob isn’t pushy at all and I love that the most. He didn’t rush to run our credit but instead did an estimate, which is AWESOME in my book!!! Afterwards my husband gave permission to run our credit which didn’t take long at all. Rob allowed us to sit alone to discuss what we wanted to do and once we decided to go ahead with the purchase the whole process went by quicker than it ever had with our 2 prior purchases at Sandy Sansing Nissan. Not to say those guys wasn’t good, but everything about this was faster. I’ve been telling 3 other family members about Rob and I’m hoping they will buy from him in order to experience what we did. Joel was great as well; very funny and friendly guy!! Rob doesn’t treat you like a stranger but instead like a friend and I truly hope he stays exactly the way he is. I could totally see him being a manager or perhaps owning his own dealership one day! I can totally see why he sells a lot of vehicles.

Great Experience

This is my first Mazda and I love it! The salesman was great and very personable! He changed my perception of salesmen for sure. Everything went smoothly and would recommend their dealership to everyone. Kudos to Kaleb (salesmen in training) for pitching in to help and for Alan who helped Kaleb with paperwork. Thanks to everyone!

Great Experience

This is my first Mazda (I am typically a toyota customer) and I had no idea how much I would love the car. Toyota cannot touch the luxurious interior of this CX-9 unless you want to pay an extra $8K. My salesman John Nowak was outstanding to work with and knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the CX-9. He was not a pushy salesman but was committed to getting me into the car once he knew I loved it. Sandy Sansing gave me a very reasonable price on the car and was even able to beat the financing rate from my credit union. Joel and Ralph were fantastic and got me out the door in under an hour and a half once I decided to buy the car. The whole experience was great and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great Dealership

was very very helpful, & a great guy. tried his absolute best to get me the car I wanted, & he did! everything went very smooth. will definitely be coming back if I ever look to purchase another vehicle. i’d rate it more than 5 stars if I could.
