I received a discount price through Costco and worked with Sam Anders. Sam was great, he found my vehicle, gave me a great price, told me the interest rate for the loan and gave me the total out the door. I had to drive over 100 miles to come to Hendrick dealership but it was worth it. I requested the wheels to be changed and Sam made sure that when I arrived, that my vehicle was ready to drive away. I also worked with Troy Rivens the salesman. He was very kind and friendly. As soon as we arrived, Troy greeted us offered us a wide range of refreshments and he showed us my new car, it was perfect and we just as I had requested. Troy took care of the paperwork and Omar Lateef became our finance representative. I didnt have any problems with the down payment or financing but it was all the high pressure sale of taking a extended maintenance service. Omar kept trying to get me to add the service to my loan and I didnt want to do that. When that didnt work, he told me that my loan has a minimum of $7500 that you have to finance. My loan was only for $6000 so he kept trying to sell me a $1500 service. Again I said no and to try to put the loan through to see if they will approve a $6k loan and of course was approved. So, I didnt appreciate all the tactics that he pulled trying to sell the services. After finance was done, we met up with Troy again and he handed me the keys and a special gift and off we went. The whole process at the dealership took 2 hours and I will say that I had completed the online finance application, so that cut some of our time. Overall, I would highly recommend Hendrick Honda and Sam and Troy were the best Salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Friendly, very helpful, listened to everything that I wanted even if it was not on the vehicle, they made it happen. Got me in and out and great to work with.

Mitha was very polite, answering all my question fully and explaining what was to be done. Her bubbly personality is perfect for the job she does. I have worked with her a number of times now and was pleased to see she would be helping.
