Service

Please after service check the tire pressure low light always show up after service, I need to come back again.

Great service once I got my car checked in

Seems to always take forever to get checked in. Even with an appointment. Once checked in they do a great job. My Service Adviser, Eric Tom, was great. Very friendly and explained what was needed.

Great customer service

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Went in for a recall on my 2017 Honda Accord. Made an appointment and was met and taken care of in a matter of minutes. Xavier was very helpful and took care of other needs I had on my vehicle.

Nice Services

This business has very good services. I special thanks Wing Zhan, Yang Wang and Kike(?), they were very friendly! Wing is good sales man, he indro all the details of the new car, finally I bought the Honda Pilot 2019.

Cosmetic issue

Hassle free on buying cars on them but service is not so good. Bought my Honda odyssey here but got cosmetic issues like popping sound on the sliding door and deep scratch on floor panel. Service advisor is accommodating but trouble on ordering parts. We live at Napa so we have to drive a couple of times to have it check, have an appointment and unfortunately now have to go back again to install the right floor panel. We had our van car washed for the first time then I'm seeing faded paint on the back side of it. Honda Corporation, I need your attention on this.

Excellent services !

Excellent services. I brought my car for recall service and Bobbie was the one that help me. Bobbie was really nice !. I would recommend everyone comes to Honda Serramonte for services.

Highly recommended

Sericed my Honda fuel cell for a recall and everyone was very friendly, professional amd informative. They gave me a rental fir the dsy and fi NJ ished my car in half of the estimated time. No car wash, but after my horrific time up the street at Ford, this Honda service center (and especially Eric Tom) are amazing.

Excellent customer service!

I loved being able to communicate by text to discuss details and negotiate a price. They made it very easy! Unfortunately the car I was interested in was sold before I could get there and finalize the deal. However when I’m in the market again I will definitely go to Honda of Serramonte first.

Marcin made the leasing experience worthwhile
