We had a very positive experience at Honda Serramonte. We were pleasantly greeted by Jeff. He was helpful, efficient and we leased a Honda CRV. Jeff worked with us in getting us what we wanted and providing a good deal. We also traded in our 2014 CRV. Matt in finance was also pleasant and efficient.

I took BART today (a Tuesday) from the East Bay, an hour
I took BART today (a Tuesday) from the East Bay, an hour and a half total one way, to test drive a used car I was told by Thomas in the morning would be available to drive, and it was in the body shop ... the same car that Thomas told me the week prior would be available on the previous Friday. The star I gave them is for their very transparent and informative website.
